It was lovely, but did not like the smell of air freshener they used in the room, otherwise breakfast was great, busy but good selection.

Cozy and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Sauna has an additional charge but it’s a small fee.

Everything was in perfect order. The service was friendly, clean, and close to the city center. The only downside was the mattress being too soft. It's unbearable for people with spinal problems. You might want to consider improving comfort in this area.

Absolutely not in line with the paid price, loud as right next to the elevator, view only into other windows of inner yard (not even the yard was there just the reception roof). We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Our room was modern and very clean. Staff is very nice. Great plus that they have their own parking garage. The city center is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast had great selection, although I thought that it was a little bit expensive.

We got our welcome drink (prosecco) warm. Next day, we went to the bar and got white wine which was also warm. Drying rack in our bathroom didn't work. Otherwise the hotel is nice, good location and friendly staff, but at the end it is about the details which were not that great :(

The hotel has a good location. It is a 5-minute walk from a shopping center and the central bus stop. The breakfast was good and had a wide variety of options, and the cleaning was good. My only negative comment is that I did not like the design of the room I got as a Designer room. Other than that, it was a good stay overall.

A good hotel, well located next to the Flora metro station. Very good breakfast. They stored our luggage. The only problem was that they tried to charge me again for the hotel even though I had already paid. Then they tried to charge me for taxes and fees. Everything was paid for. In the end, it was their mistake, which they admitted.

The hotel is in a quiet location at the edge of a forest on a high hill. Lifting can be difficult for those who have problems with their feet. Close to the center.

The hotel is not so hard to find, close to the city center. Service at the desk was very helpful in English and German. My room was very basic but didn't lack anything. It had a good bed and a good bathroom with a shower. Breakfast was very extensive. European, English, local, everything was available. All in all worth the money.

The hotel is clean, locations not bad, around 500 meters away from National museum. The room I was assigned is on first floor, can hear the trains underground during passing by, also the bar other buildings music is audible. Very good location. Walking distance to restaurants and historic city centre. They have their own free outdoor parking lot for your car, which is a great advantage. 8th floor rooftop has a sauna and jacuzzi, which was our favorite place :) Breakfast is quite decent as well.

The hotel’s greatest strength is its proximity to major landmarks. It is situated just a 2-minute walk from the Old Town Square (Astronomical Clock) and close to Wenceslas Square and Havelská Market. Most of Prague's historic center is easily accessible by foot.

It's a very nice hotel, and the location is great. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The massages were amazing, and the wellness area was also fantastic. This hotel is within walking distance of the city center. Loket Castle is a great place to cycle. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was okay. There is parking, but it's very cramped. A nice enough hotel, with simple rooms. It's a shame about the cleanliness of the room. I stayed for four days, but the bathroom was never cleaned during my stay. Lots of dust on the sink and floor, and hair that wasn't vacuumed. A bathroom shouldn't be left like this, but it should be cleaned every day, especially considering it's a four-star hotel.

Room was nice and comfy with a small fridge for your own food and drinks. There was few small markets nearby. Tram/bus stop was close by. Only complaint would be that there was no drain on the bathroom floor, only in the bath tub. So watch out spilling too much water if you fill the tub.
