The room is by the river. It's a bit noisy during the day because there are many passersby, but it doesn't bother me much if I'm out exploring during the day. It's quiet at night. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast selection is limited but not bad.

This is a great find for people who come for vacation, and you still can have your instagram/snapchat moments

Excellent location tho note that most cabs (Uber or Bolt) are unlikely to pick up at the hotel and you might have to move further out, which was what I ended up doing. The other thing is the WiFi signal, at least for my room, was extremely weak, to the point that it's mostly useless and I had to rely on roaming data. Still, a great location with a quaint room and I highly recommend it

It's conveniently located near Charles Bridge. I went there at the end of the year and there was a Christmas market right in front of the hotel. There's a delicious Italian restaurant nearby, so I'd definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palace. It is a complex of 5-6 buildings connected with a maze of corridors. It was interesting to wander around. The pool was quite far though and it was inconvenient. The water in the whirlpool was not hot enough, so we only visited twice during our 6 day stay. Breakfast food was great and abundant. Definitely overpriced hotel for what you get. No coffee/tea making facilities in room. The room was cold and when asked about it, was told there is no more heating in May. The park is run down same as the hotel. The big guy in the reception was very rude. Pool was OK, but water not really very clean. The breakfast was pretty good. Enjoyed the sour herrings. To our surprise the heating got turned on

Highly recommended! The location at 9 o'clock is excellent, right next to the Kafka statue. There are many supermarkets and shops nearby, making shopping very convenient. You can easily walk to Charles Bridge. The service is also very good.

The location is closed to Mustek subway station just about 50 meter into stairway down to the station. Accross the road there are many reastaurant, behind the hotel a coffee shop, 20 meter aside Kentucky fc. About 200 meters walk therea a museum and Mc D. discounted clothes shop just walking about 100 meters. Its really located in a tourist area.

Stayed in Room 113 (family room). The room was clean and of reasonable size. Staff at the front desk were always available and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Location is a bit far from the city center (about 35 minutes by tram plus a short walk), but the price reflects that. Overall, good value for money.

Breakfast was ok. Airco wasnt working. There was no safety box. The room was small. We had to carry all our luggage three stores down. The elevator was under construction the day we left. The entrance to the parking was very small. The way to the tram was up or with stairs

Lovely staff, quick check in. Rooms basic and clean. The quilts and pillows tho, so comfortable. We knew the hotel was quite far from anywhere but we walked into town (1.15hrs) and used bolt for taxis which was very cheap. A half hour drive to the airport was £13. Overall a lovely stay. Thanks

Very nice lady receptionist, whatever we needed immediately arranged, šikulky. Weekend wellness, with procedures were a bit confusing, but in the end ok. For me, the massage only in quotation marks, but the bath and peat poultice down to - 1 at the young lady great. The location is great . The first impression spoils the hall and reception Desk(old) Rooms after repair ,not large but comfortable. The hotel is newly built with clean rooms and modern design. Housekeeping is helpful but communicating in English can be a challenge. The staff was helpful and guided us on how to explore Prague. Very clean and fresh looking but… No parking, shower drain was plugged with gross hair from previous guests I am guessing? Whole bathroom flooded because there is minimal slope to the drain and it plugged immediately. The sink drain won’t drain because stopper is broken. There is nowhere on the vanity to set stuff and no soap dish or niche for soap and shampoo in the shower. Blinds on skylight...

Delicious breakfasts, once we even got into the room, super comfortable bed, big room, there is a TV, but we didn't come to watch it. The room is equipped with a kettle, fridge, safe, modern, probably not working air conditioner (301), soundproofing, there is a bus stop nearby, from which you can get anywhere. Cons? The hotel has breakfast in another building, not enough light, no wardrobe. Unbeatable...

Nice and clean, good restaurants and interesting places nearby. Easy to get to downtown Prague, just have to figure out the easy to use, cheap, clean and safe Tram.

The rooms are small and the prices fluctuate too much. The cleanliness is okay, but the carpet doesn't feel nice. Parking is inconvenient.

The location is very convenient — no matter which direction you walk from the hotel, it’s easy to catch trams or buses to local attractions. Right opposite the hotel is a famous bridge, and from the top floor you can enjoy beautiful views.

Location was excellant, you could walk to most of the places of interest. Staff were helpful and bedroom was nice and clean. Only real downside was the state of a large velux bedroom window blind which was badly damaged and very poorly repaired.

The room was large and comfortable. Downstairs is the pedestrian street, which can be a little noisy at night. If you are a light sleeper, I don't recommend booking this hotel. There's nothing else. The breakfast was said to start at 8 o'clock, but I saw that it was ready at 7 o'clock, so we could eat it, which was good. The service staff are also very good. satisfy.

Seems like the staff had a lot of stress because something did not go as planned with a large(r) group. Nevertheless, we only wanted some desserts and had to wait really long before receiving the menu, before ordering and once we got them they were not that good even. We had better elsewhere.

A great experience. The hotel is a gorgeous medieval building right on the main square. Our room was huge and nicely furnished. Free parking available 5 minutes walk away. The location means it was noisy at night, and there is no air conditioning, but that comes with the age and location. Nice staff, good breakfast, and an exquisite location in a jewel of a town.

Hotel Mucha is amazing, the receptionist gave us a warm welcome and the rooms are recently renovated, so safe to say they are gorgeous! They have given us a massive room also, one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The only thing that was a bit meh was the breakfast, it was small and the girls were working hard to refill it all, but the stuff was disappearing quicker.

Room was clean and fine. They were stingy with towels and toilet paper. They did not supply shampoo or conditioner. The shower was awkwardly short.

Everything was okay, and the room was good value for money. The hotel's unseparated wet and dry areas were a little surprising. I used the tub and water seeped onto the carpet, so I was fined 50 euros. This is a normal consequence of normal use, so why should I be fined?

Wonderful trip to Prague! The breakfast was so so good me and my friend were well fed until the afternoon which allowed us to achieve many activities. Sleep was perfect and I hope to have more experiences like this!
