Hotel Praha is a really gorgeous place fór relax and meditation. I always come here if I feel tired and burn out of my work. Great lication, magnificant enviroment, friendly PERSONAL creat unforgetable “home” atmosphere. Strongly recommend this hotel!!!

We were passing by Hotel Praha and we noticed the menu board: cesnakova. Great! We love that soup and we can drink a Czech wine in the restaurant. We came into hotel and asked lady in the reception, whether restaurant was open. We got the answer "yes". It was a supper time in hotel, but there were a lot of tables free. Waiter told us, that it's a time for hotel guests. So we left the place.
1. Why was menu board on the street?
2. Why two persons in service tells us completely different information.
Shame!

It has nothing to do with COVID. It is about informing the customers correctly. A few tips for the future.
1. Take the menu board from the street, when you are closed.
2. Put the note on the door about service hours for external customers.
3. Teach service staff how to inform customers politely.

Very cosy restaurant with welcoming and warm-hearted staff members. Service was quick and accurate. Food was delicious and the portions were, well, big, for normal pricing. Menu was wider than most of restaurants is this region. All together I would recommend this place very much. One of the better ones around here. Definitely give it a try.
