Promenada in Karlovy Vary

We had an absolutely wonderful dinner at Promenáda Restaurant.
The service was outstanding – attentive, professional, and warm.

I had the sea bass, perfectly cooked and full of delicate flavor. My husband enjoyed the veal, tender and delicious with a refined sauce.

The highlight of the evening was the crêpes suzette show – both spectacular to watch and delicious to taste.

A truly memorable experience – fantastic food, excellent service, and a charming atmosphere. Highly recommended! 🌟

During our 2-night stay, our group of six (including two children) had dinner here every evening. Each time, it was an outstanding dining experience that satisfied everyone. The table setup, service quality, presentation, and taste of the dishes were all at a 5-star level — a truly excellent restaurant. When we return to Karlovy Vary, we will definitely dine here again. Next time, we also plan to try the hotel side.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel for a business trip.
The location is central, making it incredibly convenient.
Our dinner at the restaurant was superb, featuring an à la carte menu with a variety of international dishes, including beef tartare, sea bass, rabbit, steaks, and pastas.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the spa and pool.

Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays!

We stayed in the hotel for 8 days, rooms are spacious and clean, with balcony’s, terrace and even a kitchen. Great Swimmingpool and sauna. Location is in the middle of the centrum, everything is reachable within short minutes.
Very friendly staff.
One half star minus is the breakfast and coffee, which is always the same and coffee is not drinkable. Another half star minus is the restaurant for the wine selection.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we heard good rumors about the restaurant. Did they meet up to the expectations? In every aspect Yes! Delicious food, skilled sommelier, very friendly and serviceminded personal. 5 stars to the restaurant, and the hotel, with all it's assets, is probably on the same standard. Strong recommendation!

A beautiful hotel in the city centre of Karlovy Vary. We spent there a weekend on the weekend package. Breakfast was very good - lovely place and the food was tasty. The swimming pool and sauna are beautiful and can be booked at a particular hour to have privacy. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good, actually, the waiters did a wonderful job. Lovely rooms, very clean and lovely furniture. Before our arrival was some misunderstanding with the Front desk, we wondered how to get to the hotel but we missed any directions or tips to get to the city centre, because of many restrictions init. So we call on the Front desk, nobody answer our calls, so we need to get to the hotel by walk - unfortunately, it was heavy rain. So the first-minute experience was a disaster. One more thing, at the hotel it is impossible to send restaurant bills to the hotel room account, so you need to take your money with you. The front desk can be improved definitely. But finally, we really enjoyed the stay in the hotel and we were really satisfied. Thank you all you took care of us.

Absolutely amazing experience! We were here in Karlovy Vary for three nights and had the most wonderful time at Hotel Promenáda. The air-conditioned room was beautiful and very comfortable, the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and the food (we had breakfast and dinner there) was absolutely delicious. The swimming pool was beautiful and the spa treatments were divine. The location is also perfect— right in the centre of the town!

We also are particularly grateful because the day we were supposed to arrive, our trains were all delayed and we ended up arriving hours later than planned, and hours after reception closed. However, a staff member stayed up to wait for us until 1am, saving us from having to find emergency accommodation elsewhere.

If we’re ever in the country again, we will most certainly be back to Promenáda!

We ate at the restaurant at Hotel Promenáda in Karlovy Vary, Czechia, last night, and were amazed at the exquisite meal we were served. Not only was the food beautiful, but it was delicious, and the service was impeccable. What a wonderful meal, that I will remember for years to come. So special!

Wow….simply wow. Our meal at Promenada Restaurance was remarkable from start to finish. We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who delivered outstanding service throughout our meal. From our appetizer, each of our main entrees, and then dessert — all were mouth watering and delicious. Throughout the evening we kept saying to each other that the meal was one of the best we’d ever had. What a treat!

We had dinner at the restaurant. Very good service and very interesting food that draws upon Czech, French and German tradition. Very good fine dining for Karlovy Vary.
