It was a bit far from the old town, but the accommodation was good.

The room was small, and the service was mediocre. I was assigned a room without air conditioning, and it took three requests to get a different room. Also, there were many tour groups, making the elevator very crowded in the morning. I highly recommend the nearby Prague Panorama Hotel; it's much more comfortable.

Overall it's very good, clean and comfortable. The room is larger than other hotels of the same price in Europe. It's a little far from the Old Town of Prague, but it's okay if you drive yourself. The facilities are relatively new and it's very suitable for business trips, family travel, etc. I will choose it next time.

A good hotel, well located next to the Flora metro station. Very good breakfast. They stored our luggage. The only problem was that they tried to charge me again for the hotel even though I had already paid. Then they tried to charge me for taxes and fees. Everything was paid for. In the end, it was their mistake, which they admitted.

Don't stay in a standard room or a double room; a family room is the best, it's very spacious. The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of fruits, but the selection hasn't changed. The service is also good, especially the white female manager.

It was my birthday on the day I checked in, and the hotel even prepared champagne and small snacks. It could have been better for a 5* hotel. It was clean but not spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds but not super comfy. The window was not closing well and it could be easily violated. Good coffee machine, coffee capsules and tea were provided daily which was very nice to have available anytime in the cold weather.

The hotel sheets had quite a bit of hair on them, making me question the cleanliness. The bathroom waterproofing was also poorly done, and the pictures in the hallway were a bit creepy and unsettling. On the plus side, it's close to the Powder Tower and the train station.

The hotel located near tourist attractions in Prague. Staff as so friendly and helpful. Room was excellent and luxurious. Spa and facilities are not to the level of Mandarin Oriental expectations. We are very happy with our 3-night stay. The hotel is conveniently located with walk distance to Charles Bridge and Lennon Wall. A lot of shops are restaurants are nearby.
