The hotel is nice. The swimming pool and sun bath is good. I have a wonderful experience in this hotel.

The check in process took too long time which is really unusual for Hilton hotels. Besides that I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Room size is ok. Lobby is specious. Staff were so helpful. Breakfast was really good.

The hotel doesn't match the price. The main advantage is the location, which is conveniently located (near the metro, shopping centers, and bus stops). I arrived not being able to charge a single device I had to turn off my laptop and use it as a power bank for my iPhone… I’m a man but with long hair was disappointed the hair dryer didn’t work as well… nice set up nice and clean with laundry to do down stairs, but this really harped my spirits I had to call a late night out earlier than I wanted for my last night in Prague…. Except the hotel location, I like the hotel. Got a good Breakfast included in the Hotel booking. Did Sauna (only 1 was working) and Swimming in just 8€/Hr. Steam bath and Hot spring bath was not in service also. Overall, stay was value for money.

if you can see the hair in the bed, you can know what people generally will say. That’s ok, good location and good price, good breakfast and good elevator. Good internet and good view from the room.

The hotel is 5 minutes away from the nearest metro station by foot. It is packed with facilities, the rooms are spacious, and the price is impeccable.

Good hotel. Very helpful personal. Location is good, the subway is close to go downtown. They were some children running and screaming in the corridor in the morning but I told the parents to make them stop.

A busy hotel but offering a friendly and efficient service. Rooms are modern, well appointed and clean. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, pastries and fresh fruit. Overall, a good value for money option

Great hotel and price was reasonable. Not so far from the city centre and very near to metro station. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and all the stuffs are there in the room. Location is quite good to get train to city center around 25 min. But if you drive with the car, the parking cost a lot, that’s horrible

There’s a mall directly linked to the hotel but nothing much to shop or eat. The metro is also linked. Cleaned hotel!

Good hotel for a business trip.

The room was nice, but the breakfast was average. There were a lot of group guests. If there was a concert, the room would probably be full because there were so many people at breakfast and you had to wait in line to get your food.

No very good. Far from the attractions of the city. They need to improve cleaning.

Right next to the metro stop. It is a budget hotel so the breakfast is low quality (croissants and cheeses, for example, are present but my finicky partner turned his nose up at them), the pool with the view is very simple and not worthy of being called a spa. However, the staff were all lovely and we would happily stay again (but would skip the breakfast, personally). :)

Overall, the hotel is good, but if you like ordering room service via Wolt or Uber, the front desk staff are not always helpful. They do not allow pizza delivery couriers to go up to the room and refuse to deliver the food themselves. You have to leave your room and go down to the reception to pick up the order. This does not happen every day — it depends on which receptionist the courier encounters...

Everything was great during our stay. Special thanks to the Housekeeping team who took all our requests into account, this was truly appreciated. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the lady (I believe she spoke Russian), but she is a very valuable employee for the hotel😊

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel last December. The bus and metro stations are close. The area is safe. The Staff are very helpful and nice. The room is clean and the garden view is just amazing!

Beautiful hotel with very clean surroundings. Rooms are spacious, clean, and modern with wi fi. Hotel restaurant has a fantastic breakfast buffet with anything you might desire. Indoor and outdoor lounge areas were extremely clean and comfortable, with a great view of the river walk and river. Many great architectural sights, eateries, and shops within a 1 to 8 block walk from the hotel. Enjoy!

Great location, great hotel bar, great staff! I came here for a weekend getaway with my fiancee, and the service and helpfulness of the staff was amazing. Our river view room was spacious and up to date. As a Spire Elite member I got four comped cocktails at the hotel bar, which added a nice touch. We will definitely come back to try the rooftop restaurant and the Spa.

Lovely hotel. Rooms were comfortable. Staff were friendly. The best thing was the gym at their W spa. It's probably the best gym I've been to with equipment even outdoors so u can workout outside when the weather is nice. Also have personal trainers. Very clean and modern equipment at the gym.

The service and breakfast were reasonable but not the best. Good location.

I expected much more from NH Hotel. You come to the room and find a 20 year old TV without Smart functions, smudges on the walls, cleaning ladies are sitting on the floor in the hallway and being on the phone instead of cleaning. The advantage is the great breakfast and the service of the restaurant staff. Overall 3/5

The girl at the reception is not treating me well

Everything was good, the food was good, the view was great, but initially the wrong room was given to us, there were other travellers in the room when we went in, but that was quickly sorted out

First problem during check in, hotel did not have my reservation in system, my 2nd the same experience with lost booking. Hotel accepted my Trip mail confirmation and I solved this issue with trip via chat in app, live agent answer into 1min and start solving, 15min later contact me via call with result and apologize with points compensation around 10usd. I went there on a business trip, and the view was amazing and the interior was very nicely decorated. It was nice that it was spacious haha. However, the parking lot is a little narrow, so you have to be a little careful if you have a large car.

The hotel has a history of 30 years, and the lobby has piano and saxophone playing for breakfast and dinner, which is great 👍🏻. Good breakfast. The hotel is very close to the subway station, which is convenient for travel.

The hotel is relatively old, but the room is relatively large, and the price is very affordable. The bathing space is a bit narrow, but overall it is good, and it is relatively quiet at night. Maybe because it is in the suburbs, the traffic is relatively convenient. You can take a tram or subway when you go out. So it is more convenient to go to the airport. And the people in the hotel will not mess...

The location is great for you have access to all the main sights of Prague. Although, the Charles Bridge is a good 30 minutes walk, you will pass by and through all the main sites on the way. Our double room was perfect to accommodate 2 adults and a young teenager comfortably. The breakfast was varied and fresh for everyone.

My stay at the Prague Marriott was truly exceptional. The combination of outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made for a memorable visit. Every aspect, from the attentive staff to the well-appointed rooms I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague, and I can’t wait to return!

The breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool is only 11 meters away and is about 2 kilometers downhill from the Charles Bridge. The scenery along the way is very beautiful, but it is quite tiring to go uphill on the way back.

Excellent place to stay with family

Newly renovated but still more works to be done. Hot water in Shower is not consistent. Little lack of cutting noise from outside, Ac is not so cool, but has Great breakfast and in good location. Price is great for it.

Great amenities but aged rooms, carpets were quite worn out. Service was okay but staff were unnecessarily curt and inflexible. Breakfast was okay.

The view was great because it was on a high floor, and the food was buffet style with a wide variety of options. The accommodation fee was also reasonable, so I was very satisfied.

Breakfast was superb and rooms are fine when you are alone. Entering the toilet and shower through wooden door is like entering a wardrobe. When in use, the gap between two leaves makes you feel rather uncomfortable therefore it is much better to have a single room. Also, the TV remote is too basic so do not expect to present anything from your USB stick - there is no "source" button. Staff were friendly...

This hotel is truly amazing! The industrial-style decor is beautiful, and there's even a piano in the lobby. Our room was impeccably clean and tidy, and well-equipped. It offers outstanding value for money, with a nice bonus of a small speaker for playing music. Highly, highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. It's about a 30-minute public transport ride from the city center, which is a bit far. However, the room was very spacious and the overall environment was excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

There was a strange smell as soon as I entered the room, similar to the smell of sewers and strong disinfectant, which was not a good feeling. There is a large supermarket nearby which is very convenient

The hotel boasts a fantastic design. The breakfast spread was very generous, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We found the bedding incredibly comfortable, and it was a thoughtful touch to have an ice machine conveniently located on every floor. Good room with ceiling fan to combat summer heat! The hostel also has a decent swimming pool and sauna you can enjoy.

The hostel is tidy and they clean the rooms every morning. The receptionists are also very helpful and friendly, you can ask them about anything and they're always ready to help. About the location, it's not the best but also definitely not bad. It's easy to find the hostel and there's a tram stop just 5 minutes away from the hostel, where you can take a tram to the center and other parts of the city...

Hotel in general is average and doesn't match the given stars. In room during the night it was cold and noisy from outside. Room didn't have basic welcome bottle of water as well as bag of tea. Pillows very tiny and not comfortable which gave neck pain in the morning. Very old style TV. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good, espresso coffee very diluted watery taste I was expecting little bit more...

Somehow there was a mix-up with our booking via Trip.com where they were unaware that our booking includes 2 kids and hence a sofa-bed. This was however, immediately rectified by customer service. Absolutely great location. You can get almost everywhere by foot, but you also have all needed public transport within 1 minute walking. Staying here felt like in America.

Overall, it was excellent. We utilized their 'Daweishi' and I noticed many people were holding meetings there, which I found quite satisfactory. The location is also very convenient, as it's close to a sizable city with ample shopping opportunities for gifts and other items.

The food was amazing especially the omelette.the staff are very friendly but they don't always understand English so you need to use translation. The location is calm and good no need to use.
