The hotel service was terrible! Thankfully, Ctrip provided timely assistance and resolved the issue!

A good hotel, well located next to the Flora metro station.

Very good breakfast. They stored our luggage.

The only problem was that they tried to charge me again for the hotel even though I had already paid.

Then they tried to charge me for taxes and fees.

Everything was paid for.

In the end, it was their mistake, which they admitted.

Great location with rich breakfast options, close to the city center, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and spacious, with excellent hygiene. There are supermarkets and Chinese restaurants nearby, offering plenty of choices.

Don't stay in a standard room or a double room; a family room is the best, it's very spacious.

The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of fruits, but the selection hasn't changed.

The service is also good, especially the white female manager.

Nice and cozy hotel. The location is quite but is just a few steps from the Metro station, there is a supermarker next door. Rooms are big enough, bad is comfortable but facilities a bit tired. Breakfast is tasty.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The front desk was quite arrogant. I personally think I will not come to this hotel again. The hotel is tired and uncomfortable. It is a bit old. Although the room is large, the comfort is not high. In addition, there is no wishing fountain in Prague.

Great hotel, good location right next to a mall and connected Metro where you can reach center of Prague within 15 minutes.
