Hotel and staff were excellent. The only thing I would say is it would have been nice if the bar area was more inviting. The bar was always quiet. Maybe it would be good if there was some form of entertainment in the evening. This way maybe people would stay in the hotel and utilise the bar. Other than that it was a lovely stay. The room and the entire accommodation are significantly older and smaller than pictured, and it's also very noisy. The floor creaks with every step, we can hear every word from the neighboring rooms, and even people walking by are clearly audible. The bed is small and short. The sink is old and wobbly. The hotel’s greatest strength is its proximity to major landmarks. It is situated just a 2-minute walk from the Old Town Square (Astronomical Clock) and close to Wenceslas Square and Havelská Market. Most of Prague's historic center is easily accessible by foot.

Directly opposite the Astronomical Clock tower, if there's free breakfast, it's at the Mozart Café on the second floor, with a view of the Astronomical Clock from the window. Not all rooms offer a view of the clock; if you want to see it from your window, book the most expensive room. However, booking a standard room is well worth it and highly recommended.

Very satisfied with our 4-day stay at the Hotel AXA. We had a spacious room with a great view of the skyline and all amenities were just fine. Because of the time of year, our room was neither too warm nor too cold. Housekeeping and Breakfast Service were also great. From the hotel’s location it was easy to go exploring, either on foot or by tram.

Located few steps from Old Town Square, though it’s in pedestrian zone so not every taxi can get directly to the hotel’s entrance. Rooms are spacious, furniture is classic and a bit old. Bed is quite comfy. Some rooms don’t have fridge, but you can order drinks from the reception. Nice and helpful staff. In general good respecting the price.

Very nice hotel at a convenient location next to train stations. Breakfast is great with some local cuisines. We went in January and the only problem was that the heating of the room is too good it was hot sometimes. We had to turn all the heating to the lowest but it was still too hot sometimes.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They respond promptly to any inconveniences and resolve them. The parking lot is spacious and convenient, and there's even a walkable space to the outdoor tea house, making for a pleasant stay.
