Big issue for me was the WIFI was not working in the room. I chose the plus room which is the premium room. Should have had wifi surely. Very, very poor.

Good, but not great This hotel is worth considering solely for its low price, considering the average in Prague. Its proximity to my client's office made the difference.

My stay at adeba plus was not as expected, we stayed for 5 nights in which they never changed the sheets and never swept the floor, I put in a card every day to have my room cleaned and they only threw garbage and folded the duvet. We were three in the rooms and we were way to cramped and no space for luggage. The service was good and delicious (aswell as the cleaning of the room). The location was ok.

This hotel is amazing. Together with my Fiance we stayed two nights with breakfast. The dining space is not large but it's sufficient. You can order waffles to be made just for you. Rooms are clean, and have their own AC. The only problem with this hotel are the elevators. They are slow and sometimes only 2 out of the 3 work. Also if you stand nearby the elevator doors the elevator won't move, so...

Honestly dishes was amazing, i pay 80€ and got 2 room with lunch. Parking costs 11€! Also personal speaking in a lot of popular languages.

Room was clean and fine. They were stingy with towels and toilet paper. They did not supply shampoo or conditioner. The shower was awkwardly short.

Everything was okay, and the room was good value for money. The hotel's unseparated wet and dry areas were a little surprising. I used the tub and water seeped onto the carpet, so I was fined 50 euros. This is a normal consequence of normal use, so why should I be fined?

A really lovely hotel in walking distance of all major sites. Great breakfast which also acts as a fantastic evening dining spot. My only feedback would be an incident involving cleaning of the room where some clothes of mine were collecting with the towels collection. I still can’t work out how this happened given they were way out of the way of the towels - I assume the used towels were put on top...

Aside from the lack of tissues in the room and the shower faucet being so stiff that it hurt my fingers every time I used it, I was generally satisfied. It's a little outside the main area, but almost everything is within walking distance, and the Florenc bus stop was only a few minutes away, which was convenient.

It's an old but relatively clean hotel. If you stay multiple nights, the sheets aren't changed, but I think it's worth the price.

Everything was great, it's a 30-minute bus ride from the historical sites.

1. The bedsheets were dirty. 2. The front desk service was noticeably worse compared to other a&o hotels in Europe. 3. There was absolutely no response when trying to contact the front desk online; you had to find someone in person.

The service was excellent; the staff were attentive and enthusiastic. The food was decent, though the selection was a bit limited! They even gave my husband a bottle of red wine and a birthday card on his birthday, which was very thoughtful! The room is quite small. The price I booked a month in advance was over 2700 yuan. I checked again on the day and it was only 1700 yuan. The hotel front desk refused to refund me. Finally, I asked Ctrip to make up the difference for me. I felt that the hotel took advantage of me. The hotel is in a good location, right next to Prague Square and the breakfast is good.

The room is spacious, the bathroom facilities are complete, and the decoration is exquisite. The hotel room provides a kettle, slippers, coffee machine, and bottled water, which is very considerate. A nice enough hotel, with simple rooms. It's a shame about the cleanliness of the room. I stayed for four days, but the bathroom was never cleaned during my stay. Lots of dust on the sink and floor, and hair that wasn't vacuumed. A bathroom shouldn't be left like this, but it should be cleaned every day, especially considering it's a four-star hotel.

Room was nice and comfy with a small fridge for your own food and drinks. There was few small markets nearby. Tram/bus stop was close by. Only complaint would be that there was no drain on the bathroom floor, only in the bath tub. So watch out spilling too much water if you fill the tub.

Although the hotel is old but with lots of history and you can read all the history on every floor near the lift lobby. Overall it was very good, the front desk service was responsive, enthusiastic and proactive, taking our luggage and guiding us. But I would like to remind my friends that the porridge written for breakfast is different from the porridge for Chinese food, it is cooked with milk and there is no rice.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Old Castle and Charles Bridge! The corner is the best place to take photos of the Little Red Tram! Especially the private garden of the hotel is super photogenic! The hotel breakfast is also good!
