The Quentin Prague Hotel has a great location, right next to Charles Bridge and opposite the Four Seasons Hotel. However, the environment is just average, the rooms are small, and the facilities are a bit old, but the price is good, making it quite cost-effective. The receptionist is nice and will help with your luggage.

Strategic location! We had some issues… (which they resolved after three different rooms!), but overall the location made our stay fantastic. Good breakfast with a wide selection of savory options, but not much sweet!

The location...was really great...there were so many places to walk to, from Prague Castle to the old town...and delicious restaurants. The design is very unique, the location is very good, you can walk to all the attractions, the breakfast is average, not quite in line with its star rating, but free juice and snacks are provided to customers. Overall I would recommend

The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of the city center. The room has everything you need, except the refrigerator didn't work, but that was the case in all rooms. This is a common technical issue that I hope will be resolved soon, as this is a 4-star hotel. The rooms and the hotel itself are a bit tired, and we could use an update, but this doesn't spoil the overall impression....

I was happy with my trip. It was a good breakfast, clean room, good soundproofing. The location of the hotel is Prague 2. It is a reasonable distance to walk to the center. In my room, the window is in the ceiling so you can see only a small part of the sky. But there was AC and I could open the window to air out. The power went out in the middle of the first night without any notice. The room facilities were inadequate, there was no kettle, no manual indicating what facilities were available, the safe was unusable, and the batteries had expired.

The hotel facilities are insufficient, there is no kettle, the instructions are insufficient, there is no brochure in the room that tells you what the hotel provides, and there is no information about breakfast. It turns out that I have already paid for the room I booked.

It's a great location, easy to travel to the city but not loud at night. The rooms are fine, nice bed. The breakfast is very great aswell as the lobby to relax or wait for a bit. There is always someone from the hotel to find to help you with a question. One downside was there not being 2 roomkeys for me and my roommate at the time.

The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the airport shuttle drop-off. The Jubilee Synagogue is just around the corner, and it's not far from Old Town Square. The hotel breakfast is 12 euros, which is a good price, and there's a great variety of food. The staff member was very welcoming, and luggage storage is free.

I was disappointed on their service provided during my special request to clean up the room to the reception in the morning. However, it was not cleaned until 2pm. My answer given by Mr Sak was the priority was given to the check in customers. What about those who stayed one?  So once you checked in, that is your problem is it? The location is very close to the bus to the airport, and it's about a ten-minute walk to the Old Town attractions (mainly because Prague's Old Town is quite small). I would definitely book this place again next time I'm in Prague.

It's a really nice hotel that's not far from the city center (around 15-20min on foot). The tram station is also not far away, so you can also go to explore places that are further away. We stayed here for four nights in the week. It's a very nice hotel with a late reception desk. The bar is also nice, and you can get hot drinks as well as alcoholic ones. Inside/outside....the heaters are fabulous here to keep you toasty while you enjoy their great choice of menu & drinks. There was some road construction nearby, and my navigation system wasn't updated, so I had to drive around a few times before I finally got there. We were a bit late for breakfast so they didnot give us breakfast but the checkin was good,they also have a jacuzzi and sayna room at their partner hotel a few steps from this one and it was amazinh,they charged us good amount for usage of jacuzzi but it was worth!

The hotel is not so hard to find, close to the city center. Service at the desk was very helpful in English and German. My room was very basic but didn't lack anything. The room I was assigned is on first floor, can hear the trains underground during passing by, also the bar other buildings music is audible.
