The hotel is in a very good location and has friendly staff. The room was clean and had a variety of teas and coffee which was a nice touch. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection of hot food.
Definite Recommend. Super close to the centre and so many lovely options to dine in and have a great time around the place. We stayed for 5 days and we loved it. Even the breakfast options are just perfect. The rooms were clean, upto par and reception Yusuf was so welcoming and sweet. We truly felt so centered staying here. Definite recommend
Very good location. Very good service. Large, clean rooms. Large beds. Very quiet hotel. Breakfasts with fresh vegetables and yogurt in glass. Not every hotel offers fresh vegetables and yogurt in glass. I recommend it.
Perfect centralized location! Lovely, personable, helpful staff (Yosef was amazing - not sure that I'm spelling his name correctly). Nice courtyard, layout and breakfast.
Good location Breakfast was convenient and in a great location. Very walkable. Only taking off one star since the front desk attendant acted like it was the end of the world and was rude because we misplaced one of our hotel cards.
Everything was great. It was clean. The staff was great and very helpful! It was in an easy area to walk from tram to hotel with our luggage.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and found it to be a decent option for the price. The location was convenient, with several restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to get around. The room was generally clean and had the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It was easy to find, and Prague's city center is not too big, so many attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast was really great, with plenty of choices to start the day. The room was spacious enough for the two of us and provided a comfortable stay. One thing we really appreciated was the luggage storage service. After checking out, we were able...
The only positive thing was the excellent location. The reception staff were very unfriendly. The rooms themselves were very noisy; you could hear every single step because the building is very old and run-down. Those who only need the hotel for sleeping should be lucky to avoid being woken up at 4 a.m. by groaning noises from the neighboring room. Breakfast was adequate; you wouldn't starve.
Not far from the train station, and very well located for the sights of stunning Prague. The staff were ok in general, but the breakfast staff were totally indifferent, and I only say as a family of four came in when the breakfast room was full, asked about seating, and the lady just waved her hand around the room, shrugged her shoulders and walked off lol. The rooms are ancient and the bed I had...
Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of delicious options, including unique Czech breads. The location was very convenient, being within easy walking distance of the famous Charles Bridge and the Astronomical Clock. However, there's a large road right in front, so I recommend closing the windows when you sleep.
There is no hairdryer in the room.

Was a good stay and sleep over most of the time we re out.
The hotel's location is quite good, quiet despite being in a busy area. However, the room I was assigned was pitifully small. For a room costing over 100 euros a night, it wasn't worth it. The breakfast was decent, and there was a complimentary welcome drink. The bar also offered a 20% discount card. Overall, it's an average hotel with nothing special.
We enjoyed our stay in the hotel during our trip in Prague. It’s a really good location for travellers in Prague. Good location, good room, and good staff. However, we didn’t get new shower gel/ shampoo. We need to go to the reception to ask for a new one. Also, there was no hot water for the last day we stayed there. We had to have a shower in cold weather. The reception is trying their best to solve...
There were three people at the front desk, two of whom looked like interns. Neither of them made the check-in process clear. They said breakfast wasn't included, then got the check-in time wrong, and even told me to contact Ctrip. When I came back after confirming, they said they had made a mistake. I spent 40 minutes back and forth at the front desk. They apologized by giving me a bar welcome drink...
It's great to give interns opportunities. They all speak good English. The carpet is very difficult to drag luggage, there is no luggage hauling rail at the door, and there are too many stairs, which is very inconvenient.
Very nice and tidy room and the room service is very good and keep the room always tidy. Staffs are very helpful and nice.

Really lovely run hotel, the staff are so friendly and professional. It’s in a great neighbourhood, quiet and safe, surrounded by different cuisine restaurants. Less than ten minute walk to Charles Bridge, 10-15 minute walk to Mustek station. The room itself had lovely The White Company toiletries, pod coffee machine and tea. Free bottle of water when needed. The breakfast is buffet and a very big...
Hotel is very clean and location is pretty near to old town within 15 mins walk. Plenty of good restaurants nearby too. Breakfast spread was fantastic.
The hotel facilities are comprehensive and very clean. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is excellent and varied. The location is also great, most places are within walking distance.
The actual place is much better than the photos. Honestly, this was the accommodation I had the least expectations for, but a 5-star is indeed a 5-star. The sofa bed shown in the pictures was soft and comfortable, which was great. The location isn't bad either. The breakfast was really delicious! 👍👍👍👍 All the staff were incredibly friendly. Also, don't bother bringing a shower filter; it won't fit...
This hotel's location is unbeatable! It's so close to the Vltava River; you just turn a corner and you're right by the water. From there, you can stroll along the river all the way to Charles Bridge, the Old Town, the 'Man Hanging Out' sculpture, and the Dancing House – everything is incredibly close by. The hotel itself is very new, with stylish and modern decor. The breakfast spread is fantastic...

Everything was well organized, friendly staff, and a very good breakfast. We really enjoyed ourselves in Prague; what a beautiful historical city with so many sights. Unfortunately, prices here have also reached European levels, even though they don't use euros 😅
The hotel is located in an amazing area you can walk everywhere, and the metro is just a few steps away. But for me, I prefer walking more than using public transportation! The breakfast is amazing, just as they claim served very early in the morning and really tasty. That’s my POV! The hotel has been renovated, and for the price, it’s totally worth it. I actually like it old but gold! It’s not loud...
We stayed for 5 nights. The best part of the hotel is its location. It's near the busiest part of the old town. But it's on a quiet street. The areas of improvement are water temperature regulations and room amenities. The showers' water temperature was changing so much during the shower that we had to stop it. The room was very small and there was little table surface. One way to mitigate it is to...
The staff were so kind and thoughtful, and the hotel itself was wonderful. It was a perfect stay.
Best location, good facilities
Located near the subway station. I chose to walk from Prague main station but it was a little far with my big trolly bag. Hotel is easily accessible to both old town and palace area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very fascinating. Nice hotel!

It was really worth it and I had an amazing visit! The location was perfect!!
Above all, the location was excellent. It has a dining table and is set up like an apartment, so I recommend using it for travel as well.
I booked a standard room with balcony here including a mini kitchenette, Room was good facilities good but no condiments. Room service not very good not all bins emptied mini kitchen not cleaned floor not cleaned.
The location is central and the price is reasonable.

Nice place to stop after long trip. Very good beer and local food 😁
Was here for a friend's wedding celebration. Cool old decoration, friendly staff, amazing food. The goulash was one of the best I've had it was very rich in flavor. The deep fried chicken fillets were crispy and juicy. Only Rebel beer on tap but they have other drinks on bottle.
It is a nice place, with good food and quite friendly staff :) I really enjoyed the home made potatoe and carrot chips. It was not on the menu, but when we asked for some snacks to go with beers, we had this and really enjoyed! :)
+ the pub is usually open after the official closing time. + They accept plastic money - the beer is just average

I stayed for two nights. It's within walking distance of Muzeum station, and there's an elevator at the entrance, making it easy to get to the front desk and rooms. The hotel service is generally good, and the location is excellent above all else. However, the facilities do feel a bit dated. That said, it didn't cause any major inconvenience during the stay. Overall, I was quite satisfied.
Breakfast options are limited.
Excellent central location right on Wenceslas Square, one of Prague’s main hubs. You’re within walking distance of Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, State Opera, shops, restaurants, and public transport (metro/trams). Guests frequently highlight that it’s super convenient for sightseeing.
Small room. Felt like room service just changed tovels and not cleaned the room. Great location and breakfast bufet.

My stay was good and location was very good . Was very easy to access trams and also nice restaurants around . Also halal restaurants
I loved the room and thr breakfast😆
I had a good time on one night I stayed here. It’s an old hotel but with a great service , especially at the reception. The room is clean and great equipped. The only lack is there is no air conditioning but so far the room was warm although the weather outside was 1 degrees Celsius. The price is quite reasonable and fair for Prague hotels.

The location is truly excellent! The facilities are a bit old, but the cleaning was done very well. The breakfast was also quite substantial.
Room basic, took 4 hours to get a pillow for bed, no in-room tea or coffee, asked to vacare room at 10am
Rooms are older and a bit worn. Included breakfast was convenient. Nice view from window.
Highly Convenient, Comfortable, and Delicious Breakfast I recently stayed at Central Hotel Prague and was very pleased with the experience. Very close to the airport, which is super convenient.
It's OK. There is a free car to the airport, which is quite convenient.

They kindly guided us even during the late check-in time. The interior of the room was also very clean. Breakfast was also good. One thing that is disappointing is that I wish there was drinking water in the room. I hope so. (It's the same even if you go to many places;;)
The location of the hotel is a bit remote. The good thing is that there are no messy taxes and fees. The bad thing is that there is no Internet in the room. The buffet breakfast is free. There are very few guests staying in the hotel. There are only two of us on the same floor... It is not as good as the photos on the website. There’s a lot of dust…

Very comfortable room, I could sleep very well. The hotel is at a central location, close to IP Pavlova, with many restaurants and services in the vicinity.
Unless you're a legendary noise-canceling expert, I wouldn't recommend staying here. You can clearly hear normal-volume conversations from next door, making it impossible to sleep at night.
The triple room was surprisingly spacious, and the skylight made it incredibly bright. There was a tour group staying during my visit, which suggests it's a good value for money. Definitely recommend it.
My stay at the Hotel Assenzio was very good. Very clean Hotel, nice room. Central location. Marek from Reception is really exceptional. Thank you Marek
