The hotel is in a very good location and has friendly staff. The room was clean and had a variety of teas and coffee which was a nice touch. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection of hot food.

The only positive thing was the excellent location. The reception staff were very unfriendly. The rooms themselves were very noisy; you could hear every single step because the building is very old and run-down. Those who only need the hotel for sleeping should be lucky to avoid being woken up at 4 a.m. by groaning noises from the neighboring room. Breakfast was adequate; you wouldn't starve.

Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of delicious options, including unique Czech breads. The location was very convenient, being within easy walking distance of the famous Charles Bridge and the Astronomical Clock. However, there's a large road right in front, so I recommend closing the windows when you sleep.

The hotel's location is quite good, quiet despite being in a busy area. However, the room I was assigned was pitifully small. For a room costing over 100 euros a night, it wasn't worth it. It's great to give interns opportunities. They all speak good English. The carpet is very difficult to drag luggage, there is no luggage hauling rail at the door, and there are too many stairs, which is very inconvenient.

Was here for a friend's wedding celebration. Cool old decoration, friendly staff, amazing food. The goulash was one of the best I've had it was very rich in flavor. The deep fried chicken fillets were crispy and juicy. Only Rebel beer on tap but they have other drinks on bottle.

The hotel service is generally good, and the location is excellent above all else. However, the facilities do feel a bit dated. That said, it didn't cause any major inconvenience during the stay. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

I had a good time on one night I stayed here. It’s an old hotel but with a great service , especially at the reception. The room is clean and great equipped. The only lack is there is no air conditioning but so far the room was warm although the weather outside was 1 degrees Celsius. The price is quite reasonable and fair for Prague hotels.

Very comfortable room, I could sleep very well. The hotel is at a central location, close to IP Pavlova, with many restaurants and services in the vicinity.

Unless you're a legendary noise-canceling expert, I wouldn't recommend staying here. You can clearly hear normal-volume conversations from next door, making it impossible to sleep at night.

The triple room was surprisingly spacious, and the skylight made it incredibly bright. There was a tour group staying during my visit, which suggests it's a good value for money. Definitely recommend it.

The hotel is brand new with a modern and minimalist decor, exactly my style. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent – a hot shower after a day out was incredibly relaxing. Very close to Prague's main train station, which is convenient for catching early morning trains. It's a ten-minute walk from the room to the train station and less than twenty minutes to the Old Astronomical Clock. The main station has a subway, and there are tram stops nearby. Excellent transportation links. The room isn't large but comes with a coffee machine, kettle, and a mini-fridge.

The savoy was a beautifully , well located hotel . Far enough away from the busy streets but within easy walking distance. Local trams are right on the doorstep if needed and staff are always available and happy to help with any questions or concerns about the hotel or local area . The Hotel Savoy is a real gem that is slightly away from the main traffic of the city but very close to Prague castle. The hotel itself is beautiful with old world charm. The rooms are large and well appointed- classy and warm as are the staff. The library is a great place to sit and have tea or a drink and breathe. If we are fortunate enough to return to Prague we will be very glad to stay here.
