I am literally in love with this place! For anyone who loves history like me, it’s truly a portal back in time. The building and décor are reminiscent of royalty, the church bell is enchanting, and everything creates a unique experience. The service is excellent, and the reception is impeccable.
The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable, and the bed is perfect for a good rest. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, in the historic center, with a fantastic spot right on the main square.
The breakfast is simply unforgettable! A varied buffet, including Greek specialties, lovingly prepared by the friendly chef Georgios. Everything was delicious.
I will remember the taste for a long time!
The hotel also has a restaurant, and although there aren’t many activities inside the hotel itself, the area offers bars, restaurants, clubs, and leisure options, as well as sightseeing tours nearby.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms and good service.
Breakfast buffet has a large variety of food to choose from, including Greek specialities thanks to the always friendly chef Georgios.
And really beautiful building and fantastic location on the town square.

I simply fall in love with the breakfast! Everything there was so delicious that I will remember the taste of it for long long time! Gourmets will definitely have an amazing time tasting all that well served dishes and deserts! The personal on the breakfast salon was also super nice! It made my day!

Would not recommend this place, full of mold, rooms smell badly of sewage, showers do not have a sewage valve :) the hotel management is also terrible, Staff and reception are selfish. We even got charged extra because of their lack of communication. The place is cosy and historical, but the whole place is not worth to stay at :)

This place was just disappointment.Great looking building from outside at the centre of city old square, promising attractive location to stay.From inside:dated amenities asking for refurbishing.The beds..typical Czech issue..just small..forgot about queen or king size.The restaurant could be very attractive place if someone would give an more attention to it..Breakfast: first day I come 8:15 and wonder how little they put on for breakfast buffet.2nd day I come 7am..and surprise nicely fitted buffed with wide selection.That leads me to conclusion..you put full selection of buffet at early morning and do not bother to refill it anymore?! So what you get if you come at 9am?!

Room was hot, no kettle so had to keep buying water instead. (I do believe you can drink the tap water) My room was an accessible room for disabled but was on 3rd floor and no grab rails except for toilet! Enormous bathroom but no disabled person would be able to use the bath as too difficult to climb in and out. Shower with very small seat that's wood and very slippery so unusable. The "bracket" that held the very basic shower head was tied on with string! Lovely big wet area but no grab rails and just this extremely basic shower head. In general they don't really seen to cater for the disabled especially wheelchair users.

Very old school, felt like trip back into 80s. Conference rooms without air-conditioning, uncomfortable old chairs. Old red rug everywhere.
Rooms small and hot, difficult to get darken the windows at night.
Toilets very old, dark, no amenities. Food in restaurant - salad is a cut vegetable put on a plate. Never ever again.

One of best places to stay in the centre of Hradec Kralove. Great breakfast, cosy rooms. Place is former monastery so thick walls and history makes it very nice place. Plus location cannot be possibly better in main part of historical area of the city. It has plenty of meeting rooms as well so it is used often as a exhibit and/or congress hotel. This might be downside for some people who would look for complete calm hotel, because during events it can be very pulsating and live, so also quite noisy.

Hotel building is really beautiful. But the amenities inside are pretty basic. Nothing special. The location is good though.
