Harmony Hotel in Spindleruv Mlyn

Another wonderful family stay.
The service deserves a gold medal in every area of the hotel. The dinners were delicious, and the breakfast selection was very generous. The hotel is located high up, surrounded by forests and nature, making it a perfect base for walks and skiing trips.
The hotel truly offers everything you could need. If a child gets hungry, the restaurant is always available. There is also a café with a beautiful view. The swimming pool and jacuzzi offer stunning views of the surrounding nature. Very convenient access from the parking area directly into the hotel.
The apartment was beautiful and spacious. There are excellent play areas for children. I love coming back here. Communication with the staff is easy, and they also speak Polish.
I would especially like to appreciate the friendly and hassle-free approach of Mr. Adam at the reception regarding early check-in and late check-out when moving from a room to an apartment. A big plus also goes to the manager, who, without any issues, allowed our child to have dinner and did not charge for it, even though we decided to dine at the restaurant instead of using the half-board option.

It was a wonderful week.

The hotel is all around great, great facilities, spa and an underground. But my family have received a matress that felt like it was from the 80’s 😭 it had huge springs and was impossible to sleep on (we got it changed). But for the money they take for a three day visit for three people… for that price something like that shouldn’t happen :(

Love tha hotel. For those who wants to stay a side of the center but instead of that's get a ski in/out with a great ski room(super).
Lot's of things to do for the little ones on on top of that an all area of ski school with all necessary rental and lessons just outside the hotel.
The food was clean,diverse and deserved nicely and keep on changing during the week which was very nice. Desert was great :)
The stuff from the reception to the kitchen,ski rental, bowling, room service in the hotel was very nice and smiley :) and helped with any requests.

It was a great stay at the Harmony Club Hotel. Beautiful view and very clean room. The staff was friendly, and there was plenty to choose from. The pool was nice, but it was a bit crowded in the afternoon. It would be nice if the food was a little warmer. Although the location is very convenient as it is right next to the ski lift. All in all a good experience

This is a great hotel. We liked everything about it except for the swimming pool. There is convenient parking, friendly staff, beautiful rooms and surroundings. The food is delicious and the scenery beautiful. They are trying to monetize the swimming pool, like it is a Therme, which it is not. It’s just a modest swimming pool with two hot tubs that aren’t even hot. This is not something you would normally resell. It’s something that simply should be part of the hotel package.

Great, except for the surprise that you have to pay for everything including the hotel parking.

Very good hotel, comfy, clean, good shower decent room size, good location.
Very good breakfast, located just next to the lift allowing good training for the people who need more practice
Hotel have spa, ping pong, bowling but all with extra payments
