Easy check in, our room was large, spotless and modern. The garden grounds are really well looked after. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the food was lovely. The pool and spa were again spotless. Everything has been done to a high standard. The hotel, food/drinks and the facilities are a bit pricey for Czech but they are worth it. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent hotel with very professional people. Clean, modern and beautiful rooms, restaurant, wellness and garden. Our stay has been one of the bast within last several years. International cuisine and wine offer would satisfy every demanding guest. Breakfast is so reach, you can find everything. Thai massage is one of the best ever. Overall, I do not have anything, what I can criticize.

Stayed two nights with the whole family. In general we liked our stay just were surprised by some drawbacks: Rooms: Comfort rooms - renovated ones in the main building. We liked the room’s design, comfy beds. Disliked the strange “caste” system, especially during breakfast. As a Comfort room guest you have to pay for any item not being on the breakfast buffet while De Luxe room guests have that as complimentary. Since there was a small difference in price between Comfort and De Luxe rooms we found this ridiculous. Especially when the breakfast buffet was rather very simple (ham, cheese, spread, cake) + cold fried eggs which were obviously pre-cooked upfront. The next day scrambled eggs were served for the breakfast (this time warm) instead so it was OK but honestly speaking having travelled all around the world I have never experienced the breakfast conditions being different for various room categories…. You have also other limitations such as different check-out times, 1 hour limited wellness time etc but this is something I could live with :-) Wellness: Pool, sauna, steam, jacuzzi. Was good, didn’t feel crowded despite the fact the relax are is rather small with just 6 beds to relax Restaurant: Mixed feelings. While the service was superb the quality of the dishes was sometimes dissapointing - e.g. salmon with parmesan risotto - the rice served with the fish was anything but risotto (why you have such an item on the menu if you can’t cook risotto?). The fish fillet was tasty but we all found so many bones in it…. Asparagus was totally over cooked instead of being crisp etc.. It is a pity given the fact the service was so professional…. If the food quality was better it would have been for sure one of the top restaurants.. However if you’re considering staying in Bedriska Hotel - don’t get confused by my comments though, this hotel is still a very good choice for your stay in Spindleruv Mlyn, just be mindfull of its drawbacks which will be hopefully addressed by the management in the future….

This is a really excellent place. The staff are friendly, our bed and room comfortable, and the wellness facilities and restaurant really top class. I really could stay much longer. To be honest the town isn’t really anything much, if you want to really unwind, stay here and let the hotel work it’s magic. Thank you Bedriska team!

I have stayed at the hotel for 5 wonderful days. the staff was warm and helpful, the food was exellent, the room was comftable & the spa center was very high leveled. I recommend warmly this hotel

Excellent kitchen, great wellness, quiet location. Just beware food with garlic if you plan to have a date, there will be HEAPS of it!

Not happy! With the family of mame predplaceny hotel but due to the situation in the Czech republic and the state of emergency we can't get to the hotel when we travel to cr from rizikove country moment and we have to forcing them to karanteny. Uvedomujeme you, of before not only cancellations, but the hotel we nabidly, of would we for a fee prebookovali term but unfortunately no chance. Chapeme, the situation is not good for both sides but the zakon nam does not allow hotel visit. Upresnuji even of we to the hotel went for a wellness and spa which is not even in operation. I think the quote on the prebookovani should adopted. Unfortunately about this with us wants no one to discuss. NEDOPORUCUJEME.

Not happy! Planning this trip for a while with my family. We were planning to enjoy wellness and spa in the hotel but unfortunately the situation in the czech republic has changed as there is state of emergency and we not able to fly from where we are right now or we could fly and go straight it quarantine for 14 days. Plus Wellness and spa is out of order atm. We tried to make some kind of the deal to pay them for reschedule but no one want to even discuss this option with us. We find that very rude and definitely do not recommend.

I am very disappointed with the approach to the dogs for which I obviously paid for, but obviously don't want to stand up for it, that they are for them staying. The lady alerted us to the fact that the dogs didn't go to bed ( for the two days we paid 3500,-) so I don't know if there is such a requirement in place. Without anything explained, gave us blankets and let us also due to the amount of the account to pay 1000,- for a ruined sheet, because the dog said he was bleeding... that you could forgive, especially when such delicate affairs and how much money we left there.
