Bathroom is horrible. The shower pan is so small that the water just floods the whole bathroom after taking a short shower. The breakfast is pretty poor. Low quality and not much of the selection. There is never anyone at the front desk if you need anything. We asked our room to be cleaned but we got just the new towels (no cleaning or bed making). The advantage is free parking and relatively modern rooms.

Enjoyed the stay. Very modern, new building, a bit sterile but very comfortable. No gym, no pool. Parking included. Excellent breakfast included. Located next to the slopes, just steps from a tourist path. Shower design unfortunate - spills over on the floor but that is not the end of the world if you are careful. If you want Classical Czech kitchen go eat somewhere else - Hotel Hvězda is just a couple of minutes down the road.

Great atmosphere, decent prices. Location superb - spent a weekend at the end of May hiking. Highly recommend it.

It's fine, not bad, but it would be great if we were warned in advance about a couple of things:
▪️a hairdryer and slippers are in the closet on the bottom shelf in the hallway - we didn't know about it, and we had to sleep with wet hair.
▪️you can change the temperature in a room with this remote control, which is located next to the kitchen line - we didn't know about it, and it was sooo cold in our room all night.
Parking is not free, you have to pay for that.

Accommodation really nice.
unfortunately the rest is not worth it. I was really disappointed.
Parking at the hotel insufficient, so they sent us to the headquarters, in the end we still paid for parking ... not included in the price of accommodation for the whole weekend ..... Restaurant tasteful, but the size for 1/4 of the hotel capacity, so there was still no room and there was no place for food ... not anymore.

Food good, arranged, and at a reasonable mountain price. Nice interior, tiled stove, but the genius loci of old Potok can't reach it ...

Great place to rest. Ski slope and hiking trails nearby. friendly service, clean rooms, tasty breakfasts

Really nice place close to the skilifts! The Appartements are nice and the price is absolutely ok! WiFi, small pantry kitchen with dish washer, sleeping room with a double bed and a bunk bed. The living room is equiped with a flat TV and a cosy sofa!
The Host is really friendly and helpful!
