One of the weirdest hotels I’ve ever stayed at 😂 It’s huge and the whole hotel is a maze with little to no light at times in some areas and the layout doesn’t make much sense. We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Palatin. A great breakfast, wonderful staff, and central location make this a fine choice for most visitors to the Vary.

We will not talk about rooms or breakfast, you can get it better or worse in other hotels around. What make this small (16 rooms) hotel absolutely unique is unbelievable helpful owner and amazing staff. The way our needs were taken care of was just legendary and we are sharing this experience with all our friends and family, making them jealous and sure that they will book this hotel if they ever go...

The hotel is good with friendly staff. The room was nice, but the only issue was the heating—the bathroom floor was very cold, and the room felt chilly (early March). The breakfast had a good selection, and everything was delicious. And the view from the window on the 4th floor was of an abandoned building.

I’d like to thank Denisa.. she is a lovely and kindness receptionist. The breakfast is good too! The only recommendation is improving the potency of the heaters. They are so weak and sometimes it seems like being off.

Extremely clean hotel, central location, delicious buffet breakfast, with slight changes of choice and very kind service every morning. They don't have their own parking place and you can approach the hotel by car only within restricted periods but they can reserve one nearby for 16 €/day. The information about the exact location of the reserved parking place they sent only a day before our arrival

Spacious rooms, modern facilities, excellent location and delicious breakfast.

Overall great stay The location was fantastic, and the room was very comfortable. Loved having a balcony to sit and have coffee. Breakfast was not very good, and housekeeping skipped our room one of the days.

I think this is the general characteristic of this nation. Noone smiles. Customer service is the poorest I have ever seen after visiting 40 plus countries

Delicious breakfast, Big room in nice design.

Quaint hotel close to shopping and restaurants with a nice morning breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable with heated floors in the bathroom plus an exceptional shower although no curtain to keep the floor dry. The elevator was small so may take more than one trip to your floor.

Hotel Malé Versailles is the perfect spot in Karlovy Vary! The location is beautiful, with a small swamp in front that adds to the charm. The Russian church nearby looks like a scene from a magazine, and the surrounding forest is peaceful. The Diana Lookout Tower is just a short walk away, offering stunning views. The hotel staff is friendly, and the location is ideal - only 10 minutes to the center...

Within 10 minute walk from this park like setting you will be on the Main Street for KV. Our room was very large and remodeled. Bath was also nice with large shower and rain showerhead that was so relaxing! Front desk lady friendly. She spoke German and limited English. We communicated well. We parked in front and also saw many friendly dogs! Breakfast was plentiful of typical choices.

CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL if you are not local. Starting with general comments. The room was fairly comfy, got a nice medieval vibe despite stains on both towels provided. The hotel is located uphill. It is not a terribly long walk from downtown but if you have suitcases you might struggle a bit. We arrived early and were happy about being allowed to check in early at ~12:00. We stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful hotel in the park. We loved our modern room and enjoyed the breakfast. The receptionist spoke German and English. She recommended us to go to the village of Loket which was a lovely place to go to. You can take the train with bikes to travel to Johan Georgenstad, Marienbad or Cheb and cycle back to Karlovy Vary. We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. The restaurant is great - recommend! But we had quite loud nights due too festival party taking place in the restaurant. For quite nights I recommend to have rooms to the forest ( not facing the lake).

Put us in a room with absolutely nothing but retaining wall rocks outside. Lots of noise from hallways when cleaning staff was working the rooms. We needed to get in touch with front desk or ANYONE for the entire morning on our checkout date - no one could be found and our numerous calls to posted numbers went unanswered. Our reservation said our stay included breakfast each day but there was none...

The apartment was extremely clean and serviced regularly. I really appreciated finding such a nice accommodation that allows dogs (including an extra cleaning fee). It would have been nice if parking spots had been included in the price; this was the only downside.

Lovely small hotel right in the prime location, only few minutes down to all the hot springs and “tourist” area. Had very peaceful sleep, the hotel area is very quiet at night. The owner/manager was friendly and helped us with everything we needed.
