Hotel Malé Versailles is the perfect spot in Karlovy Vary!
The location is beautiful, with a small swamp in front that adds to the charm. The Russian church nearby looks like a scene from a magazine, and the surrounding forest is peaceful. The Diana Lookout Tower is just a short walk away, offering stunning views.
The hotel staff is friendly, and the location is ideal - only 10 minutes to the center, yet surrounded by nature. With the forest, river, thermal waters, and tower all nearby, it’s the perfect place to relax and explore.

Within 10 minute walk from this park like setting you will be on the Main Street for KV. Our room was very large and remodeled. Bath was also nice with large shower and rain showerhead that was so relaxing! Front desk lady friendly. She spoke German and limited English. We communicated well. We parked in front and also saw many friendly dogs! Breakfast was plentiful of typical choices.

CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL if you are not local.
Starting with general comments. The room was fairly comfy, got a nice medieval vibe despite stains on both towels provided. The hotel is located uphill. It is not a terribly long walk from downtown but if you have suitcases you might struggle a bit. We arrived early and were happy about being allowed to check in early at ~12:00. Breakfast was a straight 5/5. So far is a 3.5-4/5.
The very frustrating part came from the reception woman who had very limited English capacity. We came from Hong Kong where a visa is not required to travel in Czech. The woman almost refused our check-in by repeating "No", "China" and some other incomprehensible words, left us feeling heavily offended, until decades later she realised the difference between a Hong Kong and a China passport. From there she asked for our addresses and other infos and took another 20 minutes before we could get to our rooms.
Checkout was also a disaster. Nobody was sitting at the reception desk at 10:55 while the latest checkout time was 11:00. Minutes later the same woman showed up, and told us to pay straight. The rooms we booked were un-cancellable and we paid in full during the booking. Again she repeated "No pay", called a colleague who talked on the phone with us, finally understood that the money was held at the agency, then she would let us go, which wasted us another 30 minutes.
You get a lot of choices there with the price. Choose wisely.

Very nice and friendly staff welcomes you. The whole place is clean and the cozy rooms make you feel Home and the Parking and Wifi is free. Water was for free by arrival. Breakfast on weekends is from 8 to 10. You have a choice from hot breakfast like eggs and saussages to cheese, saussages, fresh fruits, salds, Joghurt, Marmelade, vegetable and a variety of cakes. Hot Drinks and juices are for free to. They always refill and everything is fresh and from good quality.

We stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful hotel in the park. We loved our modern room and enjoyed the breakfast. The receptionist spoke German and English. She recommended us to go to the village of Loket which was a lovely place to go to. You can take the train with bikes to travel to Johan Georgenstad, Marienbad or Cheb and cycle back to Karlovy Vary. You can park your car near the hotel. We were allowed to put the bicycles in a special room.

We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. The restaurant is great - recommend! But we had quite loud nights due too festival party taking place in the restaurant. For quite nights I recommend to have rooms to the forest ( not facing the lake).

The best and cleanest hotel I have ever seen, the possibility of accommodation with a dog is amazing. The only minus is for parking - few parking spaces and some guests from Germany park more than two parking spaces.

The hotel has a lovely setting and environment, quiet location, a beautiful hotel and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nice slippers and bath robe. The breakfast is small but fresh and has all you need. Warm bread at 7.30 😊
