I spent a pleasant and peaceful time at the Windsor Spa Hotel, fully satisfied with the comfortable accommodation, excellent service, friendly atmosphere, and warm hospitality.
Each time we begin the process of booking a hotel, there’s a natural curiosity to try something new — yet we remain loyal to the Windsor Hotel and its outstanding professional team: manager Inga, reception staff Ivova and Inga, all the medical personnel, restaurant staff, waiters, and housekeeping.

So many time we stayed at Windsor Spa Hotel. Location is perfect for parents. The reservation team, especially Inga Bodner will take care of guests very well, of course special thanks to her.

We stayed in the place for 12 nights. The location and the history of the plece is very good. Even the treatments are OK. But the buffet eating is terrible. No taste and the breakfast is so untasty that I left half times out. The personnel pretends to speak some German or English, but most impotant sentense is, ich weiss nicht. Just spend more time to find other alternatives, there are lot in Karlovy Vary.

Hotel Winsdor is in a very old building, with only 36 rooms, but rooms are exelent, location of hotel is most central in a walking district next to Kolonade with all the drinking water numbers We had full pansion at the hotel restaurant buffet style and food was even better than expected All medical treatments located in a hotel, so during the day you don't need any close other than white rob provided by hotel Staff is very professional and friendly, no waiting time for treatments Just got back September 19th

Excellent Hotel with great facilities. Sauna and Pool. Parking right at the Hotel. Very close to all the thermal springs. Shopping boutiques in walking distance and bigger malls about 5 min drive. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent treatments at the hotel. Reserved tables.half board or full board possible.

One of the weirdest hotels I’ve ever stayed at 😂 It’s huge and the whole hotel is a maze with little to no light at times in some areas and the layout doesn’t make much sense. HOWEVER: the rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. The food was good (nothing fancy but very adequate), the location was great also. Our massage was good and the spa facilities were really nice and clean. This hotel definitely has character and is a little rough around the edges but it was a nice stay and the staff were nice. Would stay here again.

Maximum worth 2.5 stars.
Very unpleasant and rude receptionist who perceives you as a criminal.

Very unprofessional and crazy janitor who wakes you up at 8 am on Saturday asking if she can clean the room.

Old and outdated rooms need update. from old wooden windows come cold air.

Do not recommend this place. Many more and better places to stay in this beautiful town.

Well located between commercial street and oldtown. Staff in health care center can barely speak English. Russian and Germany words helps a lot. Only 1 or 2 hot dishes are changed daily, no change for the rest. Bit boring after 3days. No swimming pool available. Sauna close at 10pm and no towel if you go to sauna late. Wonder where come from their 4stars.

唔好住呢間酒店，枕頭超薄，2手床褥咁
個升盤塞既，空氣唔流通。唔好過夜。

The hotel is very old & already out of standard its worse than the hostel. Excluding the facilities.

Photos shown are totally different from the reality.

TV size is smaller then my notebook.
When you are lying on bed I'm sure you can't enjoy at all.

Swimming pool or Spa facilities opening time at 13:00 to 20:30 what the xxxxx?!

Inside the room there are no freah air.
Window or balcony have to be opened during the rainy day.
The bed is like second hand bed, the pillow is bad.

Also in the morning, the chief in omelets section is avoiding to cook...

Witnessed a altercation between some Asian tourists and hotel staff at breakfast. The hotel staff shouted at the tourist who tried to open the door to restaurant as they were apparently early and breakfast wasn't ready... Was shocked at the rudeness of the staff but also the shouting match so early in the morning. Sure woke me up even without caffeine! Don't think I'd stay here again despite it's great location. Many other hotels in Karlovy Vary.
