We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Palatin. A great breakfast, wonderful staff, and central location make this a fine choice for most visitors to the Vary.

We will not talk about rooms or breakfast, you can get it better or worse in other hotels around. What make this small (16 rooms) hotel absolutely unique is unbelievable helpful owner and amazing staff. The way our needs were taken care of was just legendary and we are sharing this experience with all our friends and family, making them jealous and sure that they will book this hotel if they ever go to Karlovy Vary. Special thanks for a lovely girl at the reception desk and words of amazement for the young woman who, after serving us ONCE at breakfast, greeted us next day offering exactly the coffee we preferred before. Thank you all and above all to the owner for excellent experience.

The hotel is good with friendly staff. The room was nice, but the only issue was the heating—the bathroom floor was very cold, and the room felt chilly (early March). The breakfast had a good selection, and everything was delicious. And the view from the window on the 4th floor was of an abandoned building.

I’d like to thank Denisa.. she is a lovely and kindness receptionist. The breakfast is good too! The only recommendation is improving the potency of the heaters. They are so weak and sometimes it seems like being off.

Extremely clean hotel, central location, delicious buffet breakfast, with slight changes of choice and very kind service every morning. They don't have their own parking place and you can approach the hotel by car only within restricted periods but they can reserve one nearby for 16 €/day. The information about the exact location of the reserved parking place they sent only a day before our arrival.

Nice and charming place. Clean and cosy. Only 22 rooms, located in the centre of the city. Very good service. A parking place located up the street a few minutes walk. The location is main convenience of hotel. Czysty, nieduży hotel połozony w samym centrum tej uzdrowiskowej perły. Parking kilka minut od hotelu i nie łatwo go znależć - recepcjonistka okazała sie w tej kwesti bardzo pomocna. Jedzenie i obsługa doskonała.

The staff was very friendly. The location is unbeatable - it is right near the main colonnade. The breakfast are probably one the best I have ever had. They have a nice buffet, but will do an omelette or alike if you ask them.

Hotel Palatine in Karlovy vary is a nice hotel ,very clean,with big rooms.the beds were big,the pillows big and soft,the covers also good.The view was very good .The problem is that the parking place was very far and we really were afraid for its safety.However we had a good breakfast .
The toiletries weren't good ,I would prefer a more updated equipment.
