Hotel just a few meters from the hot spring, excellent food, spotless and beautiful rooms, perfect wellness facilities. During our stay, my daughter had her birthday. On the day of her birthday, the staff prepared a surprise in the room with fruit and cakes. I can highly recommend this place.

The building is beautiful and the location is so perfect for walking to everything. The breakfast was very good with a great variety and the cafe Pupp has good food and desserts. The staff at the hotel was so friendly and helpful! We would stay here again without hesitation.

A vacation in Karlovy Vary is a wonderful experience. The city offers a unique combination of historic architecture, healing thermal springs, and a relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for relaxation and wellness! The room was extremely clean and comfortably furnished. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities left nothing to be desired. I was particularly impressed by the breathtaking view and the excellent service. The hotel's location was ideal, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!

I really enjoyed my stay at the KARLSBAD GRANDE MADONNA balneo center in Karlovy Vary. All water treatments are carried out using real thermal water, which adds special value. I would like to express special gratitude to Ivanna for her attentiveness and high professionalism. I would also like to mention Andrey, who performed procedures such as Charcot's shower and underwater massage very well. Everything was top notch, I recommend this hotel and its balneo center!

Nicely decorated hotel with amazing spa and high quality procedures, but the food is one of the worst in Carlsbad, no spice at all, it was a big disappointment on otherwise great hotel.
