I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel & Spa Prezident, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness of the entire staff. Rooms are normal and bed is comfortable.
Spa treatments are made in a professional manner and the wellness area is decent.
However, it would be great if the staff would make the rules more respected, as it is clearly stated that the wellness area is a nude and quite area, and some people did not respect the 1st rule and we also had kids screaming for an hour, which didn't respect the 2nd rule of the wellness area. This downgraded the experience.
The wellness treatments were second to none. I tried several treatments and I must say that the staff was very professional and accommodating. I felt perfectly relaxed after the treatments.
Overall, my stay at Hotel President was beyond expectations. Excellent service, luxurious spa and comfortable accommodation make this hotel one of the best places to relax in Karlovy Vary. I will definitely be happy to return here.
