The building is very old, and unfortunately, the interior reflects that in ways that are not charming — rather worn and in need of renovation. I appreciate keeping the historic facade, but a refresh inside is urgently needed.
The room lacked basic amenities: no water, no tea or coffee available — not even a kettle. These are only provided during breakfast, which felt quite limiting.
Speaking of breakfast, it was good at first, but after seven days of exactly the same food every morning with no variation, it became repetitive and less enjoyable.
In terms of service, one receptionist was truly helpful and kind, which I appreciated. The others seemed inexperienced or unprepared, which impacted the overall hospitality. Even if they are new, better customer service training is needed.
Also, cleanliness was below expectations — the rooms and shared areas felt like they needed a deeper clean.
I wouldn’t call it 4 star hotel. Max 3sta otherwise it’s ok.
It only took me 10 minutes to walk to the parking lot, which wasn't a problem at all.
It would be great if all rooms were equipped with a kettle so you could make yourself a hot drink.
