Beautiful resort hotel with convenient location offers clean, equipped rooms and good service. The attentive staff will make every effort for your comfortable stay.

Location: on the main street of Marianske Lazne (Hlavni tridа) 300 metres from the colonnade with springs, 45 km from the airport of Karlovy vary.

The hotel has 76 rooms.

We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard.

Treatment (FBT,HBT,BBT): accommodation, meals, entrance and zakljuchitelny medical examination, 15 treatments per week (except Saturday and Sunday) to the physician, the drinking cure by a physician, resort fee.

The minimum period for medical trips (FBT, HBT, BBT) – 7 nights.

Treatment of children 12 years of age.

Treatment Monday - Friday from 08:00 to 15:00.

Indications for treatment: diseases of the kidneys and urinary tract, diseases of musculoskeletal apparatus, respiratory organs.

The breakfast is excellent with a good variety, the transportation is convenient, and the room is spacious.

Great location right in the center, which makes it easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast buffet was really nice with a good selection. The rooms are clean, just a bit old, but it’s an older building so I didn’t expect modern perfection — and I was still very happy with the stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant hotel for a trip to Mariánské Lázně.

Nice place to stay and relax. High ceilings which I liked a lot. Helpful personnel, very nice breakfasts. And it’s probably one of the most beautiful buildings in the town.

My wife and I stayed at this property on 17th September 2024 We stayed in a one bedroom with seperate lounge and spacious bathroom The bedroom is large with high ceilings as is the lounge The apt has abalcony overlooking the park.The property is immaculatley clean with all the ammenitites required The king bed is particularly comfortable Included in our tariff was a delightfull buffet breakfast The food was fresh and beautifully presented with a huge variety There was a wide selection to suit any needs.The "team" were attentive and professional.The Chef is worthy of a special mention as he was most obliging,friendly and customer service oriented with his personal approach amongst the clients.Overall a complete successfull experience My wife enjoyed a Thai massage from Nicola which proved to be nothing short of perfect.Cannot wait to return to her Our checkin and out was faultless Once again a special mention to Ms Krizova and Ketterina A pleasure to deal with and couldnt be more helpfull and friendly This is our third visit to this property and no doubt we will return.We wouldnt consider looking to another property as Orea Spa Hotel Bohemia is perfect an example of a hotel whose mission statement shoud be "To exceed the expectations of our customers" In our opinion they have Thankyou so much Until we return

Visiting Marienbad had been on the agenda for years, for me because of the Habsburg grandeur that is still very much present here and for my wife because of the beautiful but mysterious chanson Marienbad by the French singer Barbara. To start with the latter, she did not become much wiser there, but the grandeur of Marienbad is very impressive. It is an old spa and you sometimes imagine yourself in the Habsburg era. Very pleasant. Hotel Bohemia is a beautiful example of this. It is a particularly pleasant hotel with beautiful, spacious rooms and located in the center. (private parking!!). We had chosen half board (€ 30.00 pp) and that was a good choice. This was offered in buffet form and it was varied and tasty, also for my vegetarian wife. The breakfast was also well organized and you could even start with a bubble. The staff is friendly and attentive. You do need to master German because with English you will not get far here, just like in the rest of the Czech Republic. Finally, the price-quality ratio: This is very good. Although Prague is reasonably priced, it is very reasonable in the outskirts. It is time that the euro is introduced here too. In short, a beautiful and nice hotel in an interesting and pleasant environment.

+ Great location of this hotel, spacious
rooms with comfy bed, balcony included. Wifi working fine through the hotel. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

- Bathroom would deserve a makeover. Parking could free as there’s a plenty of private parking spaces next to the hotel, also the rate for the dog is overpriced for Czech republic. No swimming pool, unfortunately. Only sauna.

+ Location, view from the room, good food, nice receptionists

- Dinner organization tragic, completely ruined the overall impression of the hotel

The website states that dinner is served from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, but we had to go there already at 5:30 PM.
The first evening there were 5 people at dinner, but we still had to sit at the table (in an empty restaurant) with other guests. There was no talk of this with the waiter at all, he made it clear that we were annoying him a lot.
After dinner the restaurant was closed, there was no minibar in the room (the fridge was empty), so we went to another hotel for coffee and a drink.

Nice Spa Hotel in Marianske Lazne. Been traveling alot in Czech republic. Must say, that this hotel really was a hitten gem for the price. Staff really nice and professional. If you want to experiance a real Czech Spa holliday, I recommend this Hotel.

We were there just for 2 nights and 3 days, kind of a long weekend.
In general everything was fine.
Staff is very nice and friendly, but mostly speaks only German, no English...
Cleanliness of the rooms could be better, I guess the maids never checks the curtains in the rooms coz they do their job in the first part of the day. Our curtains were horrible, it's not so much visible from the photos but in reality it was much worse.
Breakfast was okeysh.... not bad but cannot say good as well... very small variety.
Dinner was better.
You cannot sit where you want in the restaurant during breakfast. Even when magority already had breakfast, you sit where they will let you, even if there is empty tables you would sit with some family/strange people...
For dinner you have also a specific table with other people.
