The hotel itself is located on a steep-ish hill (can be a little effort getting up there in snow)
The hotel staff are very nice and accomodating, the air con wasnt working in my room and i was given blankets.
The room service always did a good job, the room itself might not have been as aesthetically pleasing as one could hope but it did the job and a little more.
You're a few minutes walk from the important tram links, the area itself is great because you arent directly in the centre so you get to live within a slightly different but still very active/interesting part of the city.

Very clean specious junior suit, staff at the reception and breakfast waitress were very attentive and extremely polite. Breakfast could be better, it could improve on quality and variety. We skipped breakfast - the last two days of our stay.

The hotel’s location is excellent—within walking distance to many popular attractions and key spots around the city. The property is very well maintained, neat, and exceptionally clean throughout. The staff are courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

It has an excellent location, backing onto Prague Castle and facing Lesser Town. The castle, St. Vitus Cathedral and Charles Bridge are all within walking distance. The hotel is a renovation of an old house, clean and sanitary. The breakfast is unique. In addition to the buffet, you can also order meals without paying extra. Compared to the noise near the Old Town Square, this place is quiet in the midst of bustle. The American Consulate is just outside the alley in front of the hotel. There are always police officers and police cars on duty nearby, so it feels relatively safe. The price is a bit high which is a pity.

The room is large, the facilities are classically equipped, and the bathroom is great! In addition to the bread and other items laid out for breakfast, they will also proactively provide a list of one or two customized breakfasts for guests. Parking is not convenient. There are almost no parking spaces near the hotel. There are but not necessarily available spaces nearby. Inside the hotel house There are four or five parking spaces on the first floor, which can only park small cars. Internal parking is 35 euros per night! Two hundred meters away is the U.S. Embassy in the Czech Republic, with police on guard 24 hours a day!

This is tidy hotel in quite location (next to US embassy so safe as well ). About 8 min walk to bridge, has some restaurants around and it was not an issue to reach it by public transport from airport - metro station about 10 min away. Reception was super nice and they offered me to pack breakfast take away as I was checking out early.
