The room is clean with only some level of hot water tuning is required everytime but not really a big nuisance, the TV is able to connect to Bluetooth for you to watch your movies through phone and speaker through the TV.
The washing machine and dryer is free of charge only need you to stay awake for the long cleaning cycle, do bring your own detergents.
I like the service of the hotel being the fact the receptionist is very helpful to my request on lending the phone call due to emergency. Staying at the hotel also grant you 10% discount to the Wellness Center on basement - do give it a try, it relaxes you on a long journey

Overall I like the stay on Mamaison and do not regret my choice of stay in Prague with this hotel.
1. Brown water coming out of all the taps (see Google review posted three months earlier by another guest with photographic evidence), zero service recovery by the way, dude merely told us to let the taps run for awhile. Thankfully later that night a seemingly more junior, younger staff with common sense gave us some complimentary bottled Evian water and promised to replace the kettle the next day (unfortunately, the new kettle was crap too).
2. Unfriendly, condescending and clueless staff (hello higher management, perhaps you should teach your staff what hospitality means, otherwise, why bother working in a hotel?)
3. My mum had a question about the dryer and the staff’s response was literally just “I don’t know”. How can you simply say that you don’t know??? How were you even trained in customer service?
Madness. Avoid and stay elsewhere, don’t waste your time and money here. Absolute rubbish hotel.
