The location is excellent, directly opposite the Prague train station. The room was incredibly spacious, the biggest I've stayed in during this Europe trip, and well-equipped, even with disposable slippers 🫶.
My only suggestion is that the short staircase at the hotel entrance is quite narrow. A ramp would be much better for luggage.

The hotel is very close to the train station, and I love that there is complimentary Sauna service for in-house guests. However, I do want to say that the service needs to be improved. I was travelling alone and arrived at the hotel after midnight. The reception gave me a corner room at the very end of the hallway which was really dark and a little scary so I asked to change room. The reception insisted that because I paid for the cheapest room so there’s no availability for the same category. I would appreciate a room upgrade if that’s what they could help, especially I had seen the hotel was not fully booked at all. However, they rejected my request and emphasized that I paid for the standard room despite I was feeling uncomfortable at the allocated room.

Room was very clean. Hotel has an on site spa which you go in naked European style mixed gender which is nice to relax after a day of walking. Breakfast was nice and fresh as well. On site gym as well. 3 mins walk to Prague main station and around 10-15 mins walk to main tourist area.

Cleanliness: Decent, but the room had a strong smell from the recent renovation.
Environment: Close to the train station, within walking distance.
Facilities: The decor is quite modern, and breakfast was okay. If I remember correctly, they even had a DIY fresh juice bar.

The room was lovely, though a bit cramped when we opened our suitcases. We chose this hotel because it's so close to Prague Main Station, which was very convenient! I was surprised to find a weighing scale in the room – it was a huge help for checking our luggage weight.

Had the hamburger bio beef and chicken wings. And beer.
The beer is ok... like everywhere.
But the food... wouldn t recomend it. The food was served 1 minute later after the order was placed. Both dishes seemd to have been re-heated. Dry food...Poor quality.
I have been in Prague for 2 days... i have 2 mare days left. Until now i haven t fount a decent place to eat. Awful !

Great atmosphere! Food was a little slow coming out. Waiters didn't talk much or feel liked they were enthusiastic!! Place is great!

Brilliant restaurant with traditional Czech food. The food is amazing (I had the goulash) and the beer is cheap and cold. The staff were really friendly and there was just a good buzz about the place. Would highly recommend to any tourist looking to try out the best of Prague!

Hotel is really beautiful and in a good location to explore Prague by foot. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff and moderate prices. Unfortunately breakfast wasn’t as good as expected, which was our only negative experience with this hotel.

The staff at the reception is very friendly and polite as one would expect from a professional Hotel service. We rented a parking space downstairs in the Hotel garage (quite expensive around 35€ a day) which is very small but fortunately they still had free spots available when we checked in. Our room was unfortunately right in the hallway where the elevators are, hence we were able to hear the sounds from the elevator as well as other guests that would talk while waiting for the elevator. Also, the doors are quite thin and furniture rather old. But for young people that come for a weekend and are mainly in the hotel to sleep, it's good.
