A big thank you to Ana and Jamyson at the front desk — they were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Overall, the staff was welcoming and attentive, which really added to the experience.
The location is great, close to restaurants and interesting places to visit.
The breakfast buffet is okay, but it could use more variety from day to day. On the other hand, the dinner buffet is very good, with a different theme each night, which kept things interesting and tasty.
The hotel could use some maintenance and remodeling, but overall, it's a solid place to stay.
We had leaking in the bathroom and the shower was old.
The staff very kind and helpful, except when I was going to use the swimming pool as everyday they was questioning me if I am a customer.
The view was decent. The neighborhood was lively. The lobby was very well polished. Looks upscale. The food was absolutely fantastic, from my experience. Some of the best beef stew I’ve ever had by a long shot. The waitstaff are very attentive. Almost a perfect visit.
