Good location very noisy in day time helpful staff, needs renovation.

An excellent hotel and always my first choice for both short and long stays. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and the level of service is very good. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained, especially considering the price point. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a place I would confidently recommend.

In short and honestly: the hotel is suitable for short stays. It's perfectly worth the price paid. The staff are respectful and very helpful.

The facilities are a bit old, the location is very convenient, you can hear the noise downstairs on the 2nd floor, downstairs is the seafood market, you can buy fried chicken and it's cheap, the location is easy to find

Very well located the hotel rooms are OK. Restaurant food is good just have to wait a long time for it

The overall environment is good, the facilities are complete, and it meets the epidemic prevention standards. Not bad.

Excellent apartment on the 13th floor in the center of Alexandria. Very clean. White linens. Reception is in another building, across the street. Great view from the window.

Decent hotel in the city center.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the bedding was fresh. A big thank you to the staff for letting me leave my bag at reception until the evening, as I had a night bus to Cairo. The location is pretty good, not too far from the promenade once you get your bearings. I took a local mini-bus to the bus station, which was very convenient and cheap, especially since I only had carry-on luggage

Clean and quite, good for those who wants to have relaxation away of traffic and roads.

A very strange hotel. We booked it just to catch a few hours of sleep before our night flight. The reception is in a different building. The room itself was located in a dark, dirty stairwell. We were given one towel each, packed in a plastic bag. On the upside, the room turned out to be large and bright, consisting of two rooms. Everything was clean. Jewel San Stefano Hotel

The hotel has a direct sea view & the location is excellent, close to Stanley Bridge. The cost of accommodation is reasonable compared to other hotels in the same area. The restaurant is good and the service is acceptable. Many thanks to all hotel staff specially the geust relations team for the warm welcome and hospitality.

Food there is adequate and relatively tasty. The prices are within everybody's budget. Great view. Has a private parking but across the hotel.

The view of the Mediterranean is really great. I recommend having a room with a front view. The room is really clean. The AC works so well. The breakfast has so many varieties. The only problem is that the check-in is so late (3 pm), and wi-fi is a little bit slow.

The street is very noisy and busy. Difficult to cross the street to take the breakfast at the restaurant of the hotel.

We stayed at the Jewel San Stefano for two nights. The pros: we loved the view of the Mediterranean from our balcony and the semi-private beach across the street. The cons: the sheet on our bed was dirty when we arrived, the water tank in our room only worked some of the time, and the breakfast had limited options. I would only recommend the Jewel San Stefano if you plan on spending a lot your time...

This hotel is ok for one night but not more! The hotel is really nice but needs renovation and more cleaning ! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is tasty. The hotel has sea front but everything around it looks horrible, garbage everywhere you look and deserted buildings around.

Good view, very hard to reach the site, good reception, food is good but beverages were not, accommodation was nice except for loud music that lasted till about 3 am make it hard to sleep.

It was reasonable hotel. I did not expect that they would give a big apartment with a heating that did not work optimally. For the rest it was ok.

The room type selected by this hotel has a peculiar smell when staying in. The room is spacious. I paid extra to change to another room type. The sheets and bedding are not clean.

The hotel has a great location on the beach, almost in the middle of the Alexandria Corniche. The room is not big, and if you like soft mattresses, look for another hotel. The mattress was very hard. This hotel was just an average experience. The staff and service was above and beyond, however the WiFi was horrible. They had multiple networks and would randomly stop working and would ask you to sign in every time. The AC was barely working as well. The door to the balcony didn’t close properly and would let out whatever air the AC managed to cool. The lobby and the hallways were hot and humid....

Rooms need maintenance. TV is local within international channels. The telephone is old and directly. The bath towels are old and worn out and need to be changed. If all this has been done, it would be a fantastic hotel

This place is historical, it was the admired tea drinking location for the last King of Egypt. It was the first place having roof garden in Alexandria with 2 queues of Palms on the roof. I loved this hotel from more than 10 years I usually stayed on it but to be honest ,not all renewal is good , you removed all old pictures of the place I think this hotel refer to 1960 or something like that it was very unique , it has a very unique library which still present, new places are a lot but unique places are rare but the new furniture is also so good and service and prices compared by renewal...
