In the afternoon, after returning from the pool and showering, we realized no towels had been provided. I had to go find the housekeeper, who explained that the towels weren’t ready but eventually brought them to us

Nice hotel, breakfast buffet is not 5 star Direct. Same breakfast every day, had to eat out the last three days in the hotel.

The staff were very welcomming: reception & room services. Room is really good with sea view but so so so loud ! Open buffet we good too. Food service to rooms very fast & very welcoming our orders anytime of the day

Excellent location, very good hotel

Then, in the middle of the night, the air conditioning began leaking, soaking the floor and creating a serious slipping hazard. We had no choice but to pack up and move to another room in the early hours of the morning

Other staff are nice and polite all the time. Hilton Alex Green Hotel stands out with its super-convenient downtown location. The housekeeping team excels in professionalism, cleanliness, and room presentation

The service was good, and the hygiene was excellent. The breakfast was standard, but it also included dinner, and the portions were incredibly generous, though the taste was a bit ordinary, haha

Hilton Alex Green Hotel differs from other hotels downtown in Alexandria by its super - convenient location that makes everything accessible

Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities are a bit dated. Hygiene: The hygiene was acceptable, but there were mosquitoes

Enjoyed the beach and the heated pool in early November. Good shuttle bus free service back and to the main gate of Montazah. Enjoyed breakfast open buffet with all varieties. Enjoyed the view of Elmontazah palace

The sea is sandy with no waves and the pool is not that spacious but adequate. WiFi is working perfectly in rooms and internet spped is good

This was an exceptional experience, starting from booking with Ms Marian, who was begond helpful from the first call, despite that we already had issues from another reservation platform, she was extremely helpful and professional, making sure she gives us all the support that we needed

Unfortunately couldn’t use the beach due to the waves and jelly fish but the pool is nice and clean

The only challenge we faced was booking a car service during our stay as Ubers are not as accessible as Cairo

I had an amazing stay at Hilton Alexandria Corniche. Everything was perfect from the warm welcome to the beautiful sea view and spotless room

There is a shuttle bus to the private beach (2 mins only) it is very clean but no coffe shops to buy anything on the beach. It has a panoramic swimming pool suitable for both kids and adults (on the roof)

I was clearly told everything was settled and that we were free to leave. After we had already left the hotel, a valet ran after me and my wife in the street and asked us to return because “they wanted to talk

At the buffet, service was extremely slow, with orders either missing or incorrect. Upon departure, I did what I always do: I called reception to confirm checkout and ensure there was no outstanding balance

The hotel itself is beautiful and meets the physical standards you’d expect from Hilton. However, the staff experience was the worst I’ve ever had at any Hilton property

Was there to attend a conference and booked a room, the room was very spacious and luxurious with all amenities provided, the service was nice from all staff, The private beach was probably the best thing about this hotel complete privacy and very clean, all beach services are provided like toilets/towels/bar/ lifeguard

The place is so good personally I would go there again and the beach view is so good and it also has it's own place on the beach so you are completely alone with only a couple more families next to you and the price is pretty good and the pool is also pretty good and it has a pool for kids

I didn’t get a chance to try the pool maybe next time,they have a private garage (100Egy). The breakfast was amazing the pancakes made by the chef is a must try

The swimming pool was heated we spent few hours in my opinion it is a little bit small compared to the number of the rooms

The hotel is located within walking distance from Al Montazah Park. The room was nicely cleaned, but the bed linen was old and in spools

Eastern Montazah Hotel Excellent hotel, good location, trained and respectful staff, rooms, God willing, beautiful and spacious, service top notch, attention to hygiene is number one and breakfast excellent

Internet service very good Al Basin needs cleaning and sterilizing more than this Shower faucet needs good adjustment, cold and hot water as I found it difficult to adjust it, cold or hot water

On the plus side, the rooftop pool was a highlight. It was clean and inviting, and added a nice touch to an otherwise modest stay. The staff were generally fine helpful enough, though not especially warm or engaging

The hotel is perfect in terms of price and location, you are 2 Minutes walk from the Sea, alot of options around but it takes time for check-in, check-out Breakfast is simple but good WIFI is not okay in Rooms

The uniqueness of this place is both the beach and location. The beach is sandy and very clean , not crowded even though the hotel was clearly full , the location of the hotel

The environment is great, with beautiful park views from the windows. The hotel has an old-money style, is very quiet, and not crowded. However, the facilities are relatively dated.

Sweet, wow, and it has a private beach for free, and cleaning is periodic, and every day they change towels and put water, shower, shampoo, tea and sugar. Reception 24 hours really were great days

* Sometimes the elevators are delayed. * A little delay (sometimes) in getting the car from the parking lot, but I think this only happens when the street is crowded or there are guest cars

Aifu resort Alexandria is a three star hotel located in front of elmontazah royal garden have 86 different rooms category most of them are facing the fabulous garden view with a direct pool view and the Mediterranean sea partial view

it's not luxury enough but have a very wide room space and provide a high level of service, the staff there is very professional and so kind they try everything and do their best to exceed the expectations of the guests, on the other hand they have a two nice restaurants (AIFU & JASMINE Restaurants) which provide a variety of different kinds of both the international & the oriental food

They working with the open buffet style in the breakfast. Otherwise, they have a health club with fitness center which provide a good results

If you are here because of a business trip or Single, its a great choice, the nerby center with Restaurants and lot's of shops plus central location is an extra plus. Only little minus point: no safe in the room

They had a nice pool, a great pool view from the room and private beach. It's noteworthy that the sea in that area is green-ish due to pollution and we occasionally found trash in the sea
