In the afternoon, after returning from the pool and showering, we realized no towels had been provided. I had to go find the housekeeper, who explained that the towels weren’t ready but eventually brought them to us

Nice hotel, breakfast buffet is not 5 star Direct. Same breakfast every day, had to eat out the last three days in the hotel.

The staff were very welcomming: reception & room services. Room is really good with sea view but so so so loud ! Open buffet we good too. Food service to rooms very fast & very welcoming our orders anytime of the day

Excellent location, very good hotel

Then, in the middle of the night, the air conditioning began leaking, soaking the floor and creating a serious slipping hazard. We had no choice but to pack up and move to another room in the early hours of the morning

Unfortunately couldn’t use the beach due to the waves and jelly fish but the pool is nice and clean

The only challenge we faced was booking a car service during our stay as Ubers are not as accessible as Cairo

When we asked to change the guest's name, they said it couldn't be changed because the agent hadn't sent an email requesting a change! I booked it for a friend, and in the end, my friend had to pay again, and the crucial point is that the amount was 50% higher than what I had prepaid!

A truly unforgettable experience and a must stay hotel when in Alexandria ♥️ The staff were all very courteous and friendly, the rooms regal, and the oceanfront views add the perfect touch

It was already a very expensive stay, but they still found every opportunity to charge even more. Aside from its advantageous location with good views, there was nothing else good about it

Our room was literally 5 seconds away from the Mediterranean Sea – you could open the door from the bedroom straight to it! Every single staff member was incredibly helpful

Enjoyed the beach and the heated pool in early November. Good shuttle bus free service back and to the main gate of Montazah. Enjoyed breakfast open buffet with all varieties. Enjoyed the view of Elmontazah palace

This was an exceptional experience, starting from booking with Ms Marian, who was begond helpful from the first call, despite that we already had issues from another reservation platform, she was extremely helpful and professional, making sure she gives us all the support that we needed

I've been here before many years ago and the hotel was very old. More recently I came to the area and there was a lot of construction. Now I stayed for a day and have to say that I was very pleased

Check-in was very slow, and no information was provided at all. We only discovered that the hotel had beach access by pure accident—after we had already checked out

There was no issue, no balance, and nothing to resolve—she simply lectured me and then let us go. This was unnecessary, unprofessional, and frankly insulting

Was there to attend a conference and booked a room, the room was very spacious and luxurious with all amenities provided, the service was nice from all staff, The private beach was probably the best thing about this hotel complete privacy and very clean, all beach services are provided like toilets/towels/bar/ lifeguard

The place is so good personally I would go there again and the beach view is so good and it also has it's own place on the beach so you are completely alone with only a couple more families next to you and the price is pretty good and the pool is also pretty good and it has a pool for kids

An exceptional hotel because of its staff And Mr. Mohamed, the receptionist on the night shift, is very cooperative and cheerful, and he has professionalism in dealing with the guests

I didn’t get a chance to try the pool maybe next time,they have a private garage (100Egy). The breakfast was amazing the pancakes made by the chef is a must try

Good view, very hard to reach the site, good reception, food is good but beverages were not, accommodation was nice except for loud music that lasted till about 3 am make it hard to sleep.

They have a very mice view of the beach from the restaurant at the first floor again the windows are not clean with no. Food is ok and enough for breakfast. The staff is very nice and cooperative

Bath fixtures need urgent maintenance including accessories, and also basin and toilet base needs fixing otherwise an accident would occur Lefts need immediate maintenance as they present a great danger now
