Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities are a bit dated. Hygiene: The hygiene was acceptable, but there were mosquitoes

Environment: The hotel is located inside a large shopping mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining

All staff are consistently polite. Note: Ginger restaurant service is somewhat slow

Location good for Uber, felt safe, no attractions nearby, but as city is so big you use Uber/ taxis to get everywhere anyway

Enjoyed the beach and the heated pool in early November. Good shuttle bus free service back and to the main gate of Montazah. Enjoyed breakfast open buffet with all varieties. Enjoyed the view of Elmontazah palace

Rooms could use a tiny bit of refurbishment but nevertheless they are very clean and comfortable with the most amazing views. Breakfast is good with multiple options all made with high quality ingredients

The sea is sandy with no waves and the pool is not that spacious but adequate. WiFi is working perfectly in rooms and internet spped is good

Unfortunately couldn’t use the beach due to the waves and jelly fish but the pool is nice and clean

The only challenge we faced was booking a car service during our stay as Ubers are not as accessible as Cairo

When we asked to change the guest's name, they said it couldn't be changed because the agent hadn't sent an email requesting a change! I booked it for a friend, and in the end, my friend had to pay again, and the crucial point is that the amount was 50% higher than what I had prepaid!

The scenery as all rooms r seaview. The rooms arent very specious, but the bed is pretty comfy. The breakfast is amazing, has a huge variety, which makes it very suitable for brunch

Was there to attend a conference and booked a room, the room was very spacious and luxurious with all amenities provided, the service was nice from all staff, The private beach was probably the best thing about this hotel complete privacy and very clean, all beach services are provided like toilets/towels/bar/ lifeguard

The place is so good personally I would go there again and the beach view is so good and it also has it's own place on the beach so you are completely alone with only a couple more families next to you and the price is pretty good and the pool is also pretty good and it has a pool for kids

I didn’t get a chance to try the pool maybe next time,they have a private garage (100Egy). The breakfast was amazing the pancakes made by the chef is a must try

It is a budget hotel. Clean with good quality of AC. The location is central and the staff is kind and helpful. WiFi is only at the reception area.

Old historic hotel so be aware it is not new and up to date luxury hotel. However room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was included and is very good with a large selection of food items

Amazing reformatted old style hotel at first row to the beach. The rooms are spacious, very tall ceilings, very beautiful decoration and ambient
