Good hotel. The room matched the description. Breakfast was decent, service was unobtrusive, and the place was clean and tidy. I recommend it.

The hotel was OK, but it's far from the sea and doesn't even have a pool. Not recommended for holidays, you can go there only if you have business near by. As the area is so crowded.

The hotel is located within walking distance from Al Montazah Park. The room was nicely cleaned, but the bed linen was old and in spools. We asked for wine glasses, but they only brought us plastic cups, which was disappointing. I would not stay in this hotel for more than one night.

The hotel has a great location on the beach, almost in the middle of the Alexandria Corniche. The room is not big, and if you like soft mattresses, look for another hotel. The mattress was very hard. This hotel was just an average experience. The staff and service was above and beyond, however the WiFi was horrible. They had multiple networks and would randomly stop working and would ask you to sign in every time. The AC was barely working as well. The door to the balcony didn’t close properly and would let out whatever air the AC managed to cool. The lobby and the hallways were hot and humid....

Rooms need maintenance. TV is local within international channels. The telephone is old and directly. The bath towels are old and worn out and need to be changed. If all this has been done, it would be a fantastic hotel

i reserved an executive double-room sea view and expected a much higher quality. the only good thing about the room was the view it was excellent since i was on the 9th floor, but every other aspect of the room did not satisfy me. the beds were much smaller than what i saw in the pictures, there were used towels and tissues left unchanged, and there were unfixed stuff including the TV and the bathroom...

Outstanding service levels Magnificent historic building Well renovated without losing character. Rooms are furnished with everything you need in a very traditional manner,which suits the building perfectly add to that a very new bathroom and a side sea view. Food was excellent and well priced. The staff we encountered were all friendly and responsive. The room facing the Mediterranean Sea was absolutely worth it, especially seeing Alexandria after the rain first thing in the morning. The breakfast was delicious, and it's a hotel with history and stories.

I love it. Everything is amazing. The scenery as all rooms r seaview. The rooms arent very specious, but the bed is pretty comfy. The breakfast is amazing, has a huge variety, which makes it very suitable for brunch. The guitar show at night was awesome also.

I’m not satisfied with that particular service ,it’s my first time as a guest hotel, the hotel is charging the guest parking can you share with the hotel manner asking where the guest of their hotel is to park his / her car !!

This hotel is ok for one night but not more! The hotel is really nice but needs renovation and more cleaning ! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is tasty. The hotel has sea front but everything around it looks horrible, garbage everywhere you look and deserted buildings around.

Good view, very hard to reach the site, good reception, food is good but beverages were not, accommodation was nice except for loud music that lasted till about 3 am make it hard to sleep.

The hotel is excellent. The room is on the second floor with a city view. The room is large. It's warm in January, even though there's no heating. There's a dessert cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast in the restaurant is a buffet. Everything is great 😃

The rooms are huge !!!! At least ours was- living space, dining space and bed space. Food was decent - great location. Please note you are near the mosque so prayers can be loud - especially on Fridays.
