Very old hotel, needs a lot of refreshments but the employees are really making a difference. The biggest problem is the top floor dining room for breakfast with only 5 elevators. Rooms are not bad and bathrooms need renovation.

A truly unforgettable experience and a must stay hotel when in Alexandria ♥️ The staff were all very courteous and friendly, the rooms regal, and the oceanfront views add the perfect touch. The only challenge we faced was booking a car service during our stay as Ubers are not as accessible as Cairo.

Our room was literally 5 seconds away from the Mediterranean Sea – you could open the door from the bedroom straight to it! Every single staff member was incredibly helpful. This hotel was just an average experience. The staff and service was above and beyond, however the WiFi was horrible. They had multiple networks and would randomly stop working and would ask you to sign in every time. The AC was barely working as well.
