Location extremely bad , located at very public area ! Away from the sea and Cornish . Swimming pool is not clean or maintained as well as the rooms

The music and songs are annoying and play 24 hours a day.
There is a ladies' lounge in the hotel that is very annoying. I sang all night.
The bathroom door doesn't lock.
The pool is not clean.
The internet is very weak.
In short, I do not recommend staying there.

The hotel is located within walking distance from Al Montazah Park. The room was nicely cleaned, but the bed linen was old and in spools. We asked for wine glasses, but they only brought us plastic cups, which was disappointing. I would not stay in this hotel for more than one night.

I had a reservation for 5 days, I used 3 days and due to an emergency I left and gave the remaining 2 days to one of my friends. I informed the reception about this and got their approval. My friend came and said that there was no objection, but I was surprised two hours after I left that they refused to accommodate my friend. I did not get the money back. What is the solution? Note that the receptionists Israa and Nour were kind and helpful.
