Staff were friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. Everything was always clean.

Rooms, specifically those with a road view, had poor sound insulation. We struggled to sleep or even have a calm stay by day due to noise, and balcony doors definitely need better soundproofing.

The breakfast buffet was fresh and decent, though limited. Atmosphere during breakfast was relaxing.

Parking is tight, but staff manage it well.

Location is a plus with a hypermarket, pharmacy, and shops right next door, and most New Alamein attractions within 10–20 minutes. Marassi Water Park is about 30–35 minutes away.

A major downside was managers loudly scolding staff in the lobby, which was uncomfortable to witness.

No beach access, and the underground pool didn’t feel inviting.

Overall, a clean and convenient stay, yet it is just a stay- not worth the high price and lacking standout features.

It’s our fifth time to stay at Rachtus hotel and it never failed us.Hotel is really nice and the staff is so friendly.cleanliness is perfect and they are always there whenever you need them and miss Samar is such a great person who always makes sure that we are satisfied with everything in the room.highly recommend Rachtus to everyone.

One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel’s restaurant offers an incredible dining experience. The menu featured a wide variety of options, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Whether I was enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner, each dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The flavors were bold and perfectly balanced, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate special requests.

Good food but lacks variety, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. However, the wifi is extremely poor. I dont think I’ve ever visited a hotel with a worse wifi.
This place is easily a 5 star if they fix their internet, especially for business trips.

The room is nice. It smells kind of weird but it’s big. The kid area was amazing and I loved the pool. The bed was great. It was cool and cold and I loved it. The beach was far, but it was great. Five star review.
