Actually I’ve been enjoying always my stay in general at this wonderful hotel and my experience at the spa is always amazing and the staff as well are all so nice and professional 🥰 Ibrahim and saow are excellent and they were so specific and are excellent!

The experience can be summed up in one word: impeccable. From reception to room service, every detail reflects true professionalism—cleanliness, warmth, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere throughout. Breakfast, however, is on an entirely different level. The à la carte egg selection elevates the experience far beyond the typical buffet, and the bakery is truly a piece of art—crafted at a gourmet standard rather than mass-produced. Every element of the breakfast feels thoughtfully curated and refined. To top it off, the Easter and Sham El Nassim setup and decorations added a beautiful, festive touch, making the overall experience even more memorable.

We went for our anniversary, and we had an unforgettable time. The staff were super helpful, and they surprised us with balloons in the room and cake to celebrate. The wellness facilities were beyond amazing, And the breakfast in the main restaurant was super delicious. Especial thanks to Nassiba, she was super helpful and guided to the room and was always checking during our stay if we needed something, Especial thanks to Moataz at the reception, he smoothly facilitated our check-in and check out procedures.

The hotel facilities are new, the layout is comfortable and spacious, and the service staff are first-class. It was my first time staying away from home, and I felt right at home. The handwritten welcome card in the room was a thoughtful touch. The room was equipped with a Nespresso capsule coffee machine and included 6 complimentary boxes of capsules (3 strong, 3 medium); the mini-bar offered 11 complimentary drinks, 8 tea bags, and at least 4 packets of instant coffee (I think at least 4). The restaurant's 24-hour service was confirmed, and my children's requests for milk-soaked chocolate cereal, waffles, and pancakes were all fulfilled. Overall, this hotel stay was excellent, especially the service; it's arguably one of the best hotels in Egypt. Marassi is a community and hotel complex; guests staying at one hotel can take a golf cart to the beaches or restaurants of other hotels, expanding their activities. I recommend staying around 3 days if traveling with children.

unforgettable moments with such amazing vibes and breathtaking with excellent service I liked the spa that is wide with good facilities and reasonable prices including many types of massage performed by Thai and Indonesian therapists . many thanks to the responsible lady of the spa when she saw me not satisfied she repeated the massage with one more professional Thai therapist for free that she is interested in satisfying guests. I enjoyed the sauna , steam and jacuzzi for free.

Everything is more than perfect. Just what is needed for a peaceful getaway. The weather was beautiful, mostly sunny, breezy at night. Food quality is top notch, it’s a piece of art. All the staff is very attentive to details. Excellence is what describes this hotel. I’d like to personally thank Eslam, Ibrahim, Nourhan, Mayar, Thoraya, and all the others who contribute to the warm and professional hospitality of this place.
