We went to Jaz Bluemarine as the reviews were very good. If you are going with kids this hotel is good, otherwise stay away. Around 7.30 am you could hear kids running on corridor, screaming etc. There are several pools for kids but are not used as parents play with them in adults only pool. Food depends of the taste. Anyway some taste really good. As there was so many kids, having a meal in peace was impossible. Cleanliness again was average. They seem to keep clean the garden more than the rooms. This hotel is more a 3 star hotel than a five star. Staff are nice a friendly.

this time of year (februari) wonderfull weather, very nice staff, great tastfull food and clean rooms wit more than eough space. if we go to Egypt agail we will surely book Jaz blue marine again

Absolutely first class hotel, impeccably clean, attentive staff, delicious food. A totally relaxing break for our 3rd visit and we had a Spa and Salon visit this time which was another lovely experience. Would recommend 100% if anyone is looking for the best Egyptian holiday experience!

I would stay here again. This hotel was such a pleasant surprise when we landed and saw just how vast the complex is. There was plenty to do. Having two teenage girls they weren’t bored. The pink party was a huge hit and I’ve never experienced anything like that before in a hotel. It was brilliant. The entertainment staff were great. Plenty to do in and around the hotel & the staff cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble. I was apprehensive about the food but I didn’t need to worry about that at all.

We have just returned from a week at Jaz Bluemarine. The weather was great- blue skies all week. I did get a little chilly in the evening so a light jacket is definitely recommended. The pools were amazingly warm (most are heated) and as there are so many of them, never over crowded. The waiter service around the pools for your drinks were great...regular and cold! A huge thank you to Mohammed Khalid and Ahmed Mohamed who always made us all feel welcome, always made a fuss of our autistic 30 year old son (who now believes he has 2 lifelong friends in Egypt!) and kept us all hydrated day and night in the lobby bar too. Nothing was too much for these 2 gents. We didn't eat in any of the a la carte restaurants as my son is extremely fussy with his food - but the buffet always had something for each breakfast, lunch and dinner. The snack bars at both the activity pool and on the beach offered excellent food (pasta, burgers, pizza, cheese/meat rolls etc). The entertainment both day and night offered something for anyone, no matter what age group. The grounds were amazing, well kept and spotless. All in all we had a fabulous holiday due to great facilities and staff. We look forward to returning very soon!

Hi myself and my husband have just returned home from a most fabulous holiday at the Jaz Blue marine .we celebrated our 70th birthdays .we had a wonderful time. First to mention all staff are fantastic at looking after you .Muhammad who cleaned our room plenty of nice little touches everyday with the towel art and disco lighting thankyou room 7206 .And a very big thankyou to all the waiters in the main restaurant at Jazblue marine side especially Abdullah who waited on us every meal time very attentive to every thing.Got to mention his boss has well who also looked after us especially my husband who had a little stomach upset and made him infusion of teas which settled him straight away. We called him the doctor had plenty of banter with them both thankyou .The food was fantastic plenty of choice from all over the world never need to go hungry Drinks where great what more can you ask for .plenty of sunbeds Muhammad round the pool area was fantastic has well can always have a good banter.All bar staff round pool bar excellent service work very hard.Just one little complaint don't like being pestered round pool selling trips and massages if you wanted any of those services you would ask in reception. But all in all we had a brilliant time . Steve and Sheila .

4th visit here and not disappointed! Arrived late and restaurants were closed but food and drinks still available in part of one restaurant. Good facilities shared with adjoining sister hotel. Friendly staff and good housekeeping service with rooms cleaned daily. Enjoyed Asian speciality restaurant and used most of the restaurants within the 2 hotels over our 10 day stay. Went diving again with International Egyptian Divers based at the hotel and couldn't fault the guides, boat crew, lunches provided on the boats etc. Overall enjoyed our stay again at Jaz Bluemarine - thank you.

Me and my daughter did the horse riding experience with the man down on the beach who comes around the hotel we have such a wonderful experience, from start to finish. The people who came with us on the horses were ever so lovely and friendly had our phones and took all the pictures and videos for us. Actually swimming in the sea on the horses was such a wonderful experience that I will never forget, my daughter enjoyed it that much that she wanted to do it again, I felt very comfortable letting her do this on her own with them (she is 11) they took very good care with her and was very friendly again took some wonderful pictures and videos and made a little girls dream come true. Would definitely highly recommend this trip.
