I lost my water bottle by the pool the day before, and two staff members helped me search for a long time the next day. My two kids were overjoyed to get it back. As we were leaving, they even gave us two turtle plush toys as gifts, which we greatly appreciated!
The staff by the pool were incredibly kind and always greeted us warmly. When my little one fell and scraped their knee, they immediately took them to get iodine and a plaster. Service is truly top-notch.
The team is perfectly trained: they are always present and ready to help, but never intrusive. A special thank you goes to the young lady with glasses at the front desk for her incredible efficiency and kindness, and to Moustafà from the housekeeping team for the impeccable cleanliness of our room.
We had a small issue with noise from some neighbors during the night, and I was deeply impressed by how the hotel handled it. They immediately sent security to assist and even offered us a room change. Their responsiveness turned a potential frustration into a showcase of great management.
This is a place where you truly feel cared for. If you are looking for a luxury experience where the quality of the people makes the difference, this is it. We can't wait to return!
They don’t have the spa in the hotel but collaborates with a spa from Cascade hotel.
The food was mostly good, with some dishes excelling beyond one’s expectation or imagination for a holidays resort hotel. Our compliment to the head chef, sous chef, chef, specially patisserie chef and pastry chef, kitchen and serving staff and the restaurant measurements.
· The Room: My specific room was a significant letdown. It felt dated, old, and was unfortunately very damp.
· The Building: The hotel's very concrete-built, 1990 design was not to my personal taste.
· Staff Conduct: My two worst encounters were with reception staff members, Ahmad and Farah. Their attitude was unprofessional and gave the impression they owned the hotel.
Despite the issues with the room and the two staff members, we genuinely loved our stay. The core hospitality was so remarkable that we would very much like to return.
A special mention must go to Mr. Hassan from the housekeeping team. His warmth, kindness, and attention to detail in looking after our room made our stay truly memorable. He is a credit to your hotel.
