The rooms are quite okay, the food is horrible, like in a way horrible you don't even want your enemies to eat like this. Quality of the buffets is just terrible. The restaurants have different styles of food but nothing really sticks out. Sometimes the restaurants even refuse to give you water so you have to stick to the all inclusive warm softdrinks.

Our third visit to this amazing hotel and once again we were not disappointed. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we were thoroughly spoilt. The staff were so attentive and really could not do enough for us. The rooms were spotless and and kept that way for the two weeks by the cleaner. Absolutely fantastic hotel and location. Had the best 10 days here. The whole staff, from maintenance and gardeners right to the top management made our stay wonderful. One thing that could be improved are the showers, but this hasn't stopped the 5 stars.
