We visited your hotel in Hurghada last year and had such a wonderful stay that we booked it again for this year. We would like to sincerely thank you for the exceptional hospitality. From the very first moment, we felt as if we were visiting our own family. The service was outstanding – the entire team took such attentive care of us.

We would especially like to mention Hassan, whose warm personality, dedication, and helpfulness made our holiday truly special. He always greeted us with a smile and was there for us in every situation.

The evening shows were breathtaking, the atmosphere lively yet perfectly suitable for families. We were able to fully relax and truly enjoy our time.

Thank you for everything – we can’t wait to see you all again this year!

Well the property is very serene and beautiful. It would be utilised better for a couple with kids or families. So many things to do around including pools, aqua yoga, gym, water park etc. Unlimited food menu is another add on to the whole show where anyone can enjoy sweet and delicious pastries, variety of coffees, breads, soft drinks, beer etc. (all unlimited). Good stay overall.

I spent one week there with my 4 year old daughter. We both enjoyed it very much. The rooms are very comfy all the hotel is beautyful and spacious. the food is delicious, its something there for all tastes. The pool for children is very nice and also the orher pools are great. The stuff - all the people who are working there- are totaly nice attentive and helpful! I can definitly recommend the hotel for people of all ages.

Everything was fine, although we didn't get the room we were supposed to have, and it was noisy (impossible to sleep before 11 pm or even later, because of the end of the shows that take place every night, plus the renovations in the rooms next door). It's great to have shows every night, but when you have to go on excursions at midnight and you can't sleep, it's very annoying. As a content creator, I would say this hotel is more like a 4-star in every respect—food, service, etc.—because in France, a 5-star hotel is considered impeccable. Otherwise, the activities were great, except for the billiards, which cost extra. I would just add that I was supposed to create content for the hotel (which I did), and in return, I received nothing extra from them, not even a game of billiards, as we had agreed. Lol

Wonderful Stay – Once Again!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic – it was already our second time here, and once again everything was perfect. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, very clean, and inviting. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive at all times, which really made us feel welcome. You can notice that the resort is a bit older, but it is still very well cared for and charming.

If there is anything to mention for improvement, it would be the volleyball court. A better ball would be great, and improved lighting in the evening would make playing much easier. Additionally, the ground is quite hard – a bit more sand would make the experience much more comfortable.

Overall, a wonderful stay, and we will gladly come back again!

The staff was very friendly and not pushy. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner very much, as the chefs and service staff were very friendly.
The Seafood dinner was very disappointing, as the starters were served frozen at the bottom (too long in the chiller). The rest of the meal was also not as good as in the other Restaurants. The atmosphere in this restaurant is rather "cold" and unfriendly.
Reception was very helpful and the room service staff managed the leaking water from the ceiling in our bathroom very well, which made this problem much smaller than it was. They even paid some attention to my birthday.
We will not use the Spa in the Hotel if we come again, because more was promised during the pushy "sales talk" as delivered. On the follow-up treatment a few days before departure (as the treatment was paid in advance) we got a short facial treatment. After that I got a shave and a haircut. The lady who did the facial treatment of my wife was not interested at all to take further care of her after that. Instead she was offered a chair in the hairdresser shop to sit next to me to watch me get a shave and a haircut. She could have easily painter the nails of my wife and everybody would have been happy. Such kind of service can easily change your guests opinion about your hotel.

I stayed at Albatros Palace in Hurghada and was very satisfied with my experience! The hotel is simply wonderful – a spacious, well-maintained area with lots of greenery and beautiful places to walk around. The staff are attentive and always ready to help, offering truly excellent service. My room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was done every day . The food was great – a wide variety of dishes, all fresh and delicious. The sea is nearby, the water is crystal clear, and the beach is very convenient. This place is perfect for a relaxing and high-quality vacation, and I would definitely love to come back again!

Great Stay Overall Thanks to the Staff and Facilities

We had a lovely stay and created great memories as a family. The aqua park was fantastic, our kids had so much fun, and the buffet had a wide variety of delicious food. The resort atmosphere was lively and relaxing.

A special thank you to Ahmed Omar from guest services, who was very kind and helpful when we had an issue with our rooms on arrival. We had booked two connecting rooms with a pool view, but were first given separate rooms. Ahmed handled the situation professionally and found us connecting rooms—although not with the pool view and a bit far from the main area. Still, his support made us feel heard and taken care of.

Also, Ramadan from housekeeping deserves recognition. He kept our room perfectly clean every day and was always polite and respectful.

Although check-in could be more organized, the staff truly made a difference. We left with positive feelings and would definitely consider coming back.

Beautiful Resort. All was perfect. The room is cleaned every day. The food was so much. Not all my taste but many options to find what you liked. 6 restaurants. All the employees are very friendly. The rooms and all the hotels are clean. The beach is clear and good for swimming. Animation every day. Many Pools. Second time in Pickalbatros. And I'm very happy for my choice.

All the staff members are decent ant respectful. the rooms were clean and the room service was awesome. the Internet connection was stable. The place is clean and the food was various thanks for this generous hospitality. This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and we recommend it for other family members, they joined us this holiday.
