The food is very varied, but most of it tastes bland.
Unfortunately, priority is given to non-Egyptians.
The aqua park is small and only operates two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon.
Not fun for children.
We have stayed for 3 Nights, I can say one of the best resorts
- Rooms are clean but old also the shower box in the room toilet is small
Rooms cleaned daily basis
- The main restaurant has great food variety
It is open for breakfast from 7:00 to 10:30
For lunch from 1:00 to 3:00
Dinner from 7:00 to 10:00
Also late dinner from 10:30 to 12:00
There is around 7 Ala carte restaurants you can reserve through reception screens also there is a web application you can use for reservation and more information for the resort
- Asian restaurant is highllly recommended, must try
- Sea food restaurant with extra charge
Animation team is exceptional and smiling all the time :)
- Beach is sandy
Also of bars exists, Splash and aqua bars avails snacks from 12:00 to 5:00 PM
- WIFI coverage is very good
- Reception team helped us to get a lunch box while check-out also offered us to have a lunch before leaving
my recommendation as follows
Most of places around the pools specially the aqua park is slippery please get a solution for this
I recommend to have a mobile application instead of the web application to be more usable or make the website responsive
