The beach is beautiful, the sunbeds were often taken early, but we still always managed to find some. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. A fantastic stay overall, and we would happily return
If I could give this hotel 100 points for its sea, service, and staff, I would. First of all, the food selection is extensive, and there's a restaurant specifically for Turks where we had dinner three nights a week
It boasts large, beautiful grounds, excellent food, and a special thank you to all the kitchen staff—the cooks and waiters—the service was unobtrusive, and the sea was beyond praise
We found that very rude, like a scam. We also loved the dinners at the beach bar, with the delicious barbecue, and the Greek restaurant
They both had great food and drinks, and great service! Snorkelling at the house reef is just amazing! Just out of the beach you have access to an incredible diversity of fishes and colourful corals! Especial greetings to the lifeguards who were always nice to talk to, and gave us advices on how to stay safe
During the trip, the driver used his phone while driving, to translate, and pressure us to tip him at the airport, saying things like "usually they tip me 15eur but it depends on your integrity" and other similar stuff

We had our vacation in the beginning of September. Hotel area is really huge and beautiful. You can find pools for small kid's and more quite places for adults. Kids club also have a small pool where to have fun
The pools were safe and clean. The animators were friendly, and aqua parks were a lot of fun. I wish to have this experience again
Perfect stay with friendly cheery staff. Lovely food. Clean beach. Will be back
The seven a la carte restaurants (reservations are required) are superb, and the food is very good. There's an eighth restaurant for an additional fee. The service staff (regardless of the discipline) is excellent

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. There are several restaurants, many swimming pools, shops etc. The beach and the sea are great as well. Poor air conditioning system
Highly recommend for family vacations. Multiple aqua park for children and adults. Good beach with beautiful coral reefs of red sea. Service level is acceptable. 7 restaurants with multiple food types.
Relaxing pool bar on your chair can best relax. After eating lots of cocktails, if we fall off the bar, we do not hit ourselves.

The beach is a 13-minute walk through beautiful scenery or a 3-minute bus ride, which runs every hour. I highly recommend this hotel. Hamada working at the reception is good Employee

It was a quieter hotel and we would have liked more music and activities by the pool and of an even wing everything wraps up about 10pm
A huge shout out to the animation/ entertainment team who really made our whole vacation, they were so friending and inclusive and were brilliant with the kids day and night… especially Alberto who was our absolute favourite and made our trip so much fun
Staff serving drinks at the beach and by the pool were very nice and friendly. The only negative thing is that mini bar is extra charge (this is not case in other all inclusive resorts)
This is an excellent stay , all the staff was helpful,the food was very good,the room was clean and I love to return again
We are a family of four and went with another couple. We had such a great time, the property is small but immaculate, everything from the rooms, the pool and the grounds were so well kept
Cons: - Entertainment/Sports are not the strongest at this resort. There were no sports games organized in the pool, no volleyball space on the beach (probably because no space)

We didn’t participate much in the daily activities and spent most of our days near the beach snorkeling. The reef is healthy and very well maintained, which pleasantly surprised us
There were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, offering a wide variety of food options. These facilities were spaced out well, so you didn’t have to walk far to find a counter to order a drink
There’s a lifeguard on duty from morning to sunset, which added a great sense of comfort. Food variety and quality was great, we've never were hungry or unsatisfied with our meals
I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming from start to finish, and the service was genuinely excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable
The facilities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the various restaurants. Overall, it was an unforgettable vacation. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!
I'll start by saying that we were warmly received, and the reception and accommodation were great. Everything was taken care of quickly and without hassling us after a long trip

The buffet in the main restaurant was much better than expected, and the a la carte dinner in the beach restaurant was also very good. The most distinctive Arabic restaurant was not booked, so I can't comment on it
The hotel is very beautiful also the rooms are very clean and little old and there is kids area and show area And every day has different shows And his location is in a wonderful place And the tourists come from everywhere And has abig value for tourists and Egyptians
The room are comfortable,clean and Spacious,there are nice heated Swimming pools and the hotel very nice and quiet location
The 830pm entertainment in particular the Michael Jackson show was fantastic. I think if they updated the sound system it would make it much better for the singers that perform after the shows
Hotel very nice.The food was described as varied and of good quality,with a wide renge of options available in restaurants.The room is very old but this room is clean

I appreciate it is unfair to leave towels on sunbeds for hours when you are not occupying them but precedent had been set in the hotel and their application of this was unfair and inconsistent
Wonderful stay with delicious food and good weather. Entertainment team made my holiday better with their smile and checking if everything is okay
We were then offered 4 sunbeds which had someone else's towels on. which I accepted aware that this would only lead to further problems
I would definitely recommend this hotel for the people who like the quiet stay and delicious food and drinks

This hotel has the best beach in Hurghada. Hotel it's really far from center Hurghada, but if you want relaxation it's a good choice. Hotel has also good gym, great big aquapark and indoor pool
Update in february 2025:hotel is completely renovated,according to local workers it should be finished in 1-1,5year so like summer 2026 and it should belong under xanadu so lets see if it will be really so,the prices of xanadu are much more higher than princess Tie Heights hotel prices previously
It looked older inside the rooms and inside the hotel too,but the hotel was built many years ago and you still dont need any air conditioning in the rooms:they hold the cold naturally inside
the only disadvantage were rude and agressive russians,permanently drunk and destroying everything around. We will be looking forward to reopening
so i have just come back from Tia Heights, after visiting a few years ago pre covid and reading the reviews i was a bit hesitant, however the hotel was fine, rooms i booked the aqua room but was upgraded to the main hotel which was fabulous, yes there were a coupe of issues, but maintenance was there straight away and rectified them, certainly didnt ruin my holiday was just a couple of issues
If you are expecting a 5 star hilton experience then no it isnt that, but after travelling many places , i would say its a 3 star to 4 star equivalent uk

The room was close to everything. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. The pool and beach waiter work incredibly hard making sure you’ve got water and any other drinks. Honestly deserve a pampered holiday themselves
The waiting staff during food were also incredible at making sure you had drinks. We ate at the A La Carte on our penultimate night and it was worth the wait. Wine was a bit questionable, but still drinkable
I can see why some of the other reviews have said the food is repetitive. But there was so much choice, it really didn’t bother me that some things were repeated. Especially the very delicious stuff
What can I say,fantastically run hotel,amazing staff who all go above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful experience
The restaurant staff were so good at remembering what drinks you liked ! The chefs every morning remembering how we liked our eggs cooked! The pool staff were there everyday to attend to every need be it mopping the wet floor to moving the parasol often to get the shade
All in all an amazing place with amazing staff! A special shout out to Mina who worked tirelessly by the pool daily in the heat bringing us drinks and remembering what we we liked and at what times
