Hotels All-inclusive in Makadi Bay

If I could give this hotel 100 points for its sea, service, and staff, I would. First of all, the food selection is extensive, and there's a restaurant specifically for Turks where we had dinner three nights a week

I just had a wonderful holiday at fort arabesque! The place was so beautifully done and maintained, with the gardens, pools, bars and restaurants

All the staff were excellent, especially Mustafa Hamza, who was both very polite and funny. The reefs are fantastic; you swim among colorful fish. It's a hotel we would definitely choose again

Everything perfect! The staff is so attentive, kind, and funny! Always in a good vibe, from the reception desk, to the animation team, restaurants, bars, house keeping, and everyone we met there

The kebabs were better than many places in Turkey; kudos to Chef Ali! Mr. Murat took great care of us and was very helpful from the first day to the last

They both had great food and drinks, and great service! Snorkelling at the house reef is just amazing! Just out of the beach you have access to an incredible diversity of fishes and colourful corals! Especial greetings to the lifeguards who were always nice to talk to, and gave us advices on how to stay safe

Depending on how long u stayed we were given two vouchers for two restaurants but if we wanted to go again we would have to pay

All food was good at all restaurants but it became annoying when staff were coming around asking if we wanted to book other restaurants

Also just wandering around the property and exploring and going to the pools and Beach is just as fun! The food was incredible, the spa is superb. Egyptian hamam!!!! I wish we had more time here!!! Simply incredible!

Amazingly friendly staff with events on site every day and evening if you want to do them and if you don't you can do your own thing. Plenty of excursions to do if you wish

My husband and I just went here and sadly only got to spend a couple of days here. But what an incredible property

After opening the can of coke it tasted funny,I checked the date and it was out of date so I checked the sprite and that was out of date also Large water was replaced if you finished the bottle

Housekeeping (Ahmed) was excellent, including an awesome birthday surprise (co-arranged by hubby). Food was very good, lots of variety every day. The smaller "family" restaurant didnt have any waiting time either

The staff is very friendly, reliable, and attentive. Many thanks to Ibrahim from room service, to the man at the pool bar snacks area for excellent pizzas, to the beach barman, for wonderful fresh fruit cocktails

Great hotel complex, with impressive size, attractive architecture, clean pools, good food, drinks, friendly staff. The rooms are of a suitable size, well-equipped, and well-kept

Having a trainer like this is reason enough to return to this hotel, as he's truly the one from whom you can learn how to train your body. Many thanks to the hotel management for organizing this idyllic vacation

The rooms are good, two pools with super helpful guys around the pool too, nice food, some shops, animation team is funny and engaging but not pushy, and the snorkelling on the house reef was excellent

My stay at the Jaz Makadi Oasis was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautifully maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the entire atmosphere immediately puts you in a holiday mood

Great experience, its the fourth time I have visited Sunrise Royal Makadi (All inclusive), as always great staff at the reception and through out the whole resort

Very nice resort, the staff are amazing, it’s very well-maintained and clean. The drinks are varied and well poured

The seven a la carte restaurants (reservations are required) are superb, and the food is very good. There's an eighth restaurant for an additional fee. The service staff (regardless of the discipline) is excellent

We enjoyed our visit so much, thanks for all staff who made our vacation easier We have stayed for 3 Nights, I can say one of the best resorts - Rooms are clean but old also the shower box in the room toilet is small Rooms cleaned daily basis - The main restaurant has great food variety It is open for breakfast from 7:00 to 10:30 For lunch from 1:00 to 3:00 Dinner from 7:00 to 10:00 Also late dinner...

We had our vacation in the beginning of September. Hotel area is really huge and beautiful. You can find pools for small kid's and more quite places for adults. Kids club also have a small pool where to have fun

The overall environment of the hotel is good, but I don’t like the cement decoration style of the room, and there is a strong smell of cement!

The beach is a 13-minute walk through beautiful scenery or a 3-minute bus ride, which runs every hour. I highly recommend this hotel. Hamada working at the reception is good Employee

This is certainly one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff are amazing, always cheerful and attentive. The gardens and pools are lovely

The food is fantastic and isn't just the burger and chips that you find elsewhere. The whole team should be very proud

We have travelled the world many times, and never have we experienced animation like this!!!! They are superb, outstandingly friendly, professional and sooooo good at thier jobs! Credit to the hotel, please pass on our thanks to them for making our holiday the BEST

A special highlight was the animation team – they are truly fantastic! They bring so much energy and fun to every activity, and even though Max is a little crazy, he makes everything even more entertaining in the best way

- mini-bar items are extra charge which I think is silly for a 5-star all-inclusive - No pool bar but more importantly no drinks allowed inside the pool which I think is a real party-killer - again takes away from a 5-star experience

A huge shout out to the animation/ entertainment team who really made our whole vacation, they were so friending and inclusive and were brilliant with the kids day and night… especially Alberto who was our absolute favourite and made our trip so much fun

Overall great stay at this hotel but few items make it a 4-star not a 5-star. Pros: - Food might be the best all-inclusive food that I ever had

It was a quieter hotel and we would have liked more music and activities by the pool and of an even wing everything wraps up about 10pm

We loved this property but the best thing is the staff who couldn’t do enough for you

All 3 buffets are delicious - Rooms are clean and very comfortable - Resort property is small so everything is very close which is awesome - Beach very nice for swimming and snorkeling (shallow and deep areas) - Staff are incredibly nice and courteous, also always asking for feedback and how your experience is going

There were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, offering a wide variety of food options. These facilities were spaced out well, so you didn’t have to walk far to find a counter to order a drink

There’s a lifeguard on duty from morning to sunset, which added a great sense of comfort. Food variety and quality was great, we've never were hungry or unsatisfied with our meals

One tip for anyone visiting: I’d recommend checking out the shops near the beach rather than the ones by the entrance, as the entrance-side shops tend to overcharge. Aside from that, everything about my stay was perfect

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming from start to finish, and the service was genuinely excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable

We didn’t participate much in the daily activities and spent most of our days near the beach snorkeling. The reef is healthy and very well maintained, which pleasantly surprised us

The amenities were great too, and the food was so sooooo good — definitely worth staying here

It is recommended to get familiar with the environment and book the restaurant as soon as possible on the first day of arrival, and dinner must be booked one day in advance

The food was excellent with a huge variety every day, and the à la carte restaurants were unbelievably delicious with beautiful settings

We were the only Egyptian guests in the hotel, I was fearful of a less than average treatment but I was so wrong! Everything was literally PERFECT. Everyone was super friendly, the atmosphere was so chilled and nice

I mentioned this as feedback was requested and suddenly a manager got involved, was able to accommodate us in the Indian restaurant. This was lovely, one of the best Indian meals we have had

I would definitely recommend this hotel for the people who like the quiet stay and delicious food and drinks

Their passion and positivity were infectious! And we can’t forget Chef Lil and bar man ibrahim what a star! Every meal was a treat, not just because of the delicious food, but because of the personal touch and care Chef Lil put into everything

a quick mention to Waileel (not sure on spelling) at the beach bar and where you get the burgers from at lunch, he is incredible, so friendly, always remembered our drinks, wine sprite and ice mix and beer with ice lol, an absolute credit to the hotel Also Samir in the main restaurant he was outstanding, always on hand to help out and help with a nice table and drinks, look out for him when you go...

Update in february 2025:hotel is completely renovated,according to local workers it should be finished in 1-1,5year so like summer 2026 and it should belong under xanadu so lets see if it will be really so,the prices of xanadu are much more higher than princess Tie Heights hotel prices previously

The hotel is actually under reconstruction,I hope it will be again available than. Our family was in hotel every year and it was always a pleasant stay. Staff was nice,friendly and helping in each situation

It looked older inside the rooms and inside the hotel too,but the hotel was built many years ago and you still dont need any air conditioning in the rooms:they hold the cold naturally inside

Food was good with enough choice and also with local food(those who await the fresh baked croissant and premium european food will be disappointed:)
