We have Had a wonderful 2 week holiday at Tucana. We arrived in the evening and our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Our cleaner is lovely (block 28) he always has a smile and a wave every morning when we leave the room. The food has been brilliant, lots of choice, fresh and well made, there is plenty of options on where to eat and if what is on offer here isn’t enough you also have access to the buffet and many restaurants and the neighbouring hotel. We used the gym which was fantastic. Lots of space and equipment. The pool is clean and a nice temp. The activity team is great! Roma in particular gave the energy and was always Cheerful. The evening entertainment is professional and fun, we particularly enjoyed the Colombian night! All of the waiters are helpful and are happy to accommodate any requests. Overall we can’t think of anything negative to say and are happy to give the 5 stars we think it deserves!!

I'll start by saying that we were warmly received, and the reception and accommodation were great. Everything was taken care of quickly and without hassling us after a long trip. We were directed to a restaurant for lunch and had a great time there.
What surprised us was that the hotel wristbands were like real leather accessory bands. There were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, offering a wide variety of food options. These facilities were spaced out well, so you didn’t have to walk far to find a counter to order a drink.
We didn’t participate much in the daily activities and spent most of our days near the beach snorkeling. The reef is healthy and very well maintained, which pleasantly surprised us. There’s a lifeguard on duty from morning to sunset, which added a great sense of comfort.
Food variety and quality was great, we've never were hungry or unsatisfied with our meals.

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming from start to finish, and the service was genuinely excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The amenities were great too, and the food was so sooooo good — definitely worth staying here.
One tip for anyone visiting: I’d recommend checking out the shops near the beach rather than the ones by the entrance, as the entrance-side shops tend to overcharge. Aside from that, everything about my stay was perfect. I’d happily come back again!
It’s also good to mention that you cannot leave the hotel except from in car or taxi as it can be dangerous and there’s nothing outside the hotel besides the desert. They will ask you for room number when you leave, but that is only for your safety. Xx

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

I should write about the resort, not just the hotel.
It's supposed to be a privilege to order from the menu.
But in reality, it was inconvenient for me.
On my very first day, I wasn't served at the seaside restaurant because I hadn't made a reservation. How was I supposed to make a reservation, considering it was my first day at the hotel, and no one explained that there was only one restaurant for dinner, no reservations required.
After all, the specialized ingredients don't allow for the preparation of dishes like Italian cuisine. It's as if they don't know what cream is in Egypt. And the food in the hotel is bland, the cheeses and cold meats, as usual, disgusting. The alcohol seems imported, but I don't know those brands.
The staff is helpful. And the grounds seem well-kept, the rooms are cozy, and the all-inclusive system is comfortable, but it feels somehow uncomfortable. There's a second, larger hotel nearby, where you can also go and eat buffet-style. This was a saving grace, because I had nothing to order from the menu. But the saddest thing is that we spent the entire hotel day in the toilet. I've never had such a bad experience. I was shaking. I woke up in the night in convulsions.
If someone likes Egypt, that's great.

The food was the best I had in Egypt, the Italian restaurant was delicious. The hotel staff were super friendly and would ask everyone what they wanted to drink, as they were afraid that you would not drink well.
