If I could give this hotel 100 points for its sea, service, and staff, I would. First of all, the food selection is extensive, and there's a restaurant specifically for Turks where we had dinner three nights a week

Everything perfect! The staff is so attentive, kind, and funny! Always in a good vibe, from the reception desk, to the animation team, restaurants, bars, house keeping, and everyone we met there

The kebabs were better than many places in Turkey; kudos to Chef Ali! Mr. Murat took great care of us and was very helpful from the first day to the last

All the staff were excellent, especially Mustafa Hamza, who was both very polite and funny. The reefs are fantastic; you swim among colorful fish. It's a hotel we would definitely choose again

I just had a wonderful holiday at fort arabesque! The place was so beautifully done and maintained, with the gardens, pools, bars and restaurants

The seven a la carte restaurants (reservations are required) are superb, and the food is very good. There's an eighth restaurant for an additional fee. The service staff (regardless of the discipline) is excellent

The rooms are spacious, if a little dated, but clean and equipped with comfortable beds. The food in the main restaurant is good, and there's a wide selection

The Sunrise Royal Makadi Resort is a somewhat older resort, but its location is perfect, with a large private sandy beach offering access to the Red Sea

The entertainment team works from morning until late at night to ensure everyone has a great time. We highly recommend this resort

No request is too difficult or too big, and they fulfill it whenever possible. In the evening, be sure to check out the lobby bar

The pool was nice and clean however the sea isn't best for swimming maybe snorkeling thought as the fish and coral reefs are beautiful! Didn't get to use the spa dude to covid-19

The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything I needed. My room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean, with everything working exactly as it should

The food is absolutely outstanding — every dish is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can really tell that the kitchen team puts a lot of care and passion into every meal

The staff are amazing, from the reception, to the restaurants, around pool area, the room attendants and even the garden staff, nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy and smiling

The management and staff are very helpful and help make it a great experience. There is a beach area available which is a short shuttle bus ride but we preferred to stay around the pool

Lunch at the Pool Bar is excellent with a very extensive menu. Needless to say we shall be returning very soon to our second home. Big thank you to all the staff

We stayed for a winter break and found it to be perfect for the relaxing recuperative break we needed. The staff we excellent and always attentive if we wanted anything, and the quality and choice of food was exceptional

There is an assortment of evening entertainment in the Bogie bar, which is good but very loud and sometimes hinders conversation, so we prefer a quiet drink in the reception area providing we can find some chairs

The Golf course is excellent, very interesting and is in great condition. There is a huge variety of challenging holes including water hazards

Amazing Stay at Kaisol Romance Sahl Hasheesh! Our Swim-Up Duplex Room was perfect—spacious, elegant, and with direct pool access! The staff was welcoming, the service excellent, and the food delicious

Ahmed at the pool bar and Ramadan the lifeguard were always on hand offering drinks and fresh hotel towels, and always a friendly greeting

The room was immaculate and cleaned and remade daily by Atallah, who couldn't do enough to help us. We tipped small amounts every day and came back to different towel sculptures and a restocked fridge without fail

The bar and pool staff are also very attentive, along with the waiting staff and chefs who provide an enormous variety of amazing food for breakfast, lunch, tea and "midnight snacks"

The hotel itself is beautiful and despite being at full capacity, did not seem overly busy - we didn't have any difficulty getting sunbeds on the beach or seats at mealtimes

Lunch is better than breakfast. I recommend visiting the bar on the B2 floor. I didn't try the pool - the sea is too gorgeous

The beach was clean and the swimming and snorkeling was really flawless. The pools were clean and in very good condition

Staying at the Tianweng Seashore Castle Business Suite was an experience filled with tenderness and poetic charm. The room was spacious and elegant, with an endless blue sea right outside the window

Had a fantastic experience! Two days simply weren't enough, I'd say a minimum of three to five days is needed, and a full week would be perfect! Make sure to bring a snorkeling mask, the ocean here is stunning and incredibly picturesque, great for photos! I saw some reviews mentioning discrimination, but I believe it's on a case-by-case basis; we didn't encounter any issues

Excellent! The facilities are comprehensive, with a perfect resort setup including a swimming pool and private beach. The castle-like environment facing the Red Sea is stunning

I spent their a fantastic time with the family even i extended one day, the staff are great and so helpful, rooms are nice and clean, 2 swimming pool and the beach is so nice if you like snorkeling or diving this place is one of the best on the red sea, prices are average and there is a pharmacy in the hotel, food is good

I booked a family room, and the hotel upgraded me to a family suite for free. Both rooms were spacious, with two large sunny balconies perfect for sunbathing. The rooms looked to be over 100 square meters

We didn’t realise it was 6 courses! So we had Course 1 hors d’oeuvres, Course 2 I had smoked salmon and husband had Cappuccino Soup (which was delicious), Course 3 Waldorf Salad, Course 4 a lemon sorbet soup, Course 5 I had Sea Bass and he had Beef, Course 6 I had Fruit Platter and he had Cheesecake! It was all absolutely delicious and we highly recommend booking a table

Yes, it's 40 km from Hurghada, but it's ideal if you want peace and quiet. The food was delicious; we booked the all-inclusive package. The alcohol was excellent, and there was evening entertainment

There are two pools on the property, but the water was chilly in December

They provide free masks and life jackets on the beach. The coral reef off the beach is magnificent! The staff was very polite, and everything was clean. The room was large and bright

Also just wandering around the property and exploring and going to the pools and Beach is just as fun! The food was incredible, the spa is superb. Egyptian hamam!!!! I wish we had more time here!!! Simply incredible!

The hotel was beautiful and clean the staff were very friendly. A warm welcome from the reception. Room was spacious and cleaned everyday. Towels were only changed once a day

Amazingly friendly staff with events on site every day and evening if you want to do them and if you don't you can do your own thing. Plenty of excursions to do if you wish

My husband and I just went here and sadly only got to spend a couple of days here. But what an incredible property

He then tried to sell us products which was annoying so then when he knew we wasn't interested he said we woul have to book the sauna and steam and pay As we had a late check out we was able to use the showers in the spa

Drinks were local and tasteless so I would recommend to bring yout own branded drinks There was plenty of activity during the day but again you had to pay for some. Entertainment at night was awful worst I have ever seen

Fantastic location, pool is magnificent, staff really attentive and friendly. Rooms a bit dark and balcony is small. Food is hit and miss, limited options for vegetarians. Really relaxing hotel though, beautiful!

My stay at the Jaz Makadi Oasis was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautifully maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the entire atmosphere immediately puts you in a holiday mood

The attitude and helpfulness of the staff is commendable in general. They are not intrusive, they do everything for the comfort of the guests. The beach is also suitable, a pleasant environment

Relaxing pool bar on your chair can best relax. After eating lots of cocktails, if we fall off the bar, we do not hit ourselves.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. There are several restaurants, many swimming pools, shops etc. The beach and the sea are great as well. Poor air conditioning system

Highly recommend for family vacations. Multiple aqua park for children and adults. Good beach with beautiful coral reefs of red sea. Service level is acceptable. 7 restaurants with multiple food types.

A special highlight was the animation team – they are truly fantastic! They bring so much energy and fun to every activity, and even though Max is a little crazy, he makes everything even more entertaining in the best way

O I recently stayed at the Makadi Saraya Hotel and had an amazing experience. The food was excellent with plenty of delicious options every day. The rooms were always clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax

Saraya Palms is a beautiful and relaxing hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great, and the atmosphere makes you feel at home

It was a quieter hotel and we would have liked more music and activities by the pool and of an even wing everything wraps up about 10pm

A huge shout out to the animation/ entertainment team who really made our whole vacation, they were so friending and inclusive and were brilliant with the kids day and night… especially Alberto who was our absolute favourite and made our trip so much fun

Staff serving drinks at the beach and by the pool were very nice and friendly. The only negative thing is that mini bar is extra charge (this is not case in other all inclusive resorts)

This is an excellent stay , all the staff was helpful,the food was very good,the room was clean and I love to return again

We are a family of four and went with another couple. We had such a great time, the property is small but immaculate, everything from the rooms, the pool and the grounds were so well kept

Cons: - Entertainment/Sports are not the strongest at this resort. There were no sports games organized in the pool, no volleyball space on the beach (probably because no space)

There were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, offering a wide variety of food options. These facilities were spaced out well, so you didn’t have to walk far to find a counter to order a drink

We didn’t participate much in the daily activities and spent most of our days near the beach snorkeling. The reef is healthy and very well maintained, which pleasantly surprised us

There’s a lifeguard on duty from morning to sunset, which added a great sense of comfort. Food variety and quality was great, we've never were hungry or unsatisfied with our meals

The 830pm entertainment in particular the Michael Jackson show was fantastic. I think if they updated the sound system it would make it much better for the singers that perform after the shows

Cleaning staff - the man who cleaned our room every day tidied all of our things, even organising every item. We were also surprised with different towel art every day

The check-out time would be confirmed the day before the hotel check-out, and the porter would come to pick up the luggage in advance. The only drawback was that it was far from the city center and in a resort

Absolutely first class hotel, impeccably clean, attentive staff, delicious food. A totally relaxing break for our 3rd visit and we had a Spa and Salon visit this time which was another lovely experience

this time of year (februari) wonderfull weather, very nice staff, great tastfull food and clean rooms wit more than eough space. if we go to Egypt agail we will surely book Jaz blue marine again

The pink party was a huge hit and I’ve never experienced anything like that before in a hotel. The entertainment staff were great. Plenty to do in and around the hotel & the staff cannot do enough for you

Cleanliness again was average. They seem to keep clean the garden more than the rooms. This hotel is more a 3 star hotel than a five star

The room was close to everything. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. The pool and beach waiter work incredibly hard making sure you’ve got water and any other drinks. Honestly deserve a pampered holiday themselves

The waiting staff during food were also incredible at making sure you had drinks. We ate at the A La Carte on our penultimate night and it was worth the wait. Wine was a bit questionable, but still drinkable

I can see why some of the other reviews have said the food is repetitive. But there was so much choice, it really didn’t bother me that some things were repeated. Especially the very delicious stuff

The restaurant staff were so good at remembering what drinks you liked ! The chefs every morning remembering how we liked our eggs cooked! The pool staff were there everyday to attend to every need be it mopping the wet floor to moving the parasol often to get the shade

All in all an amazing place with amazing staff! A special shout out to Mina who worked tirelessly by the pool daily in the heat bringing us drinks and remembering what we we liked and at what times
