The facilities were excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind. Even if I were to visit again, I'd definitely choose this place again.

The hotel's pictures looked beautiful, but we didn't end up going to Sharm El Sheikh because of a change in our travel plans, so we didn't check in. It would have been great if the hotel had allowed us to cancel for free.

Good place for a couple vacation

The room has a very charming, antique design. The staff are enthusiastic, the food is delicious, and the hotel's beach and architecture create a beautiful and relaxing environment. The only minor drawback was that the water flow from the faucet in the room was intermittent, but everything else was great.

The resort has a beautiful design which I really liked, but the rooms and furniture are old. Cleanliness is average, but the facilities and beach are excellent. It's a lovely resort, but more attention should be paid to cleanliness.

The room amenities were a bit dated, and there's only one pool which tended to get very crowded. The food was also quite mediocre. However, the biggest advantage is the four beaches, offering an excellent snorkeling environment. The water depth was perfect, allowing us to see plenty of fish and coral.

Absolutely brilliant place. Staff are fantastic and helpful and friendly. Hotel complex is spotlessly clean, we were so well looked after. Gardeners keep the place manicured.
