We state in the basic room, however the room was very basic for the level of the hotel they claimed to be, not even a kettle, one towel per person just a tiny piece on soap on the sink and small soap dispenser in the shower, we got only three coats hangers between two of us, room looked very cheap, we stayed in other 4 star establishments in Tallinn , so came with some expectations, very disappointed...

A very nice place with lots to do.

I was pleased with the well-equipped spa. Breakfast was a 3, and the reception staff wasn't the friendliest.

Good hotel especially for families with children. The water park was really good, many activities for children of different ages. Convenient to go by car. about 10min from the port.

A super lovely place and good services. I don't really like the hustle and bustle of the city center and there was plenty of choice for breakfast and great food in the restaurant in the evening.

We have stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel looks worse than on the pictures. The room was small, the bathroom wasn't perfectly clean. The receptionist was unfriendly. The temperature at the elevator was way too hot. I liked the breakfast, there were a lot of options, only the coffee was undrinkable. Good location, close to the city center.

Hotel is small but the room was big, we reserved family room. There was small kitchen which is plus point. It was hard to find smiley faced staffs. Breakfast was not bad but the dinning place was congested. Location very good near to old city.

Quaint and Charming Hotel with Smaller Rooms Breakfast was good..sufficient variety. Room was small as well as the bathroom/shower was tight. We could hear the next door neighbors' conversations, so the walls were not very soundproof. The location and front desk service were also pretty good. There were many artisan gardens and other workshops nearby, which I enjoyed seeing. There was also a cafe next door that served delicious pancakes. However, on our last day, the fire alarm went off, and when we asked the front desk, they said they didn't know what caused it. Since it's an old building, perhaps there are various issues?

Close to the inner city and the technicsl university lies this nice hotel where you can you get a room fpr a small price. The Hotel is very well located for the Ferry terminal to catch connections to Helsinki and also the Terminal D Coach drop off which is how we arrived. Very good breakfast and location. A real vintage hotel wi th historical background. All good, except for the weak sound proofing wall between rooms. We could hear the sound from next door so clearly which was definitely not very child friendly.

Tallinn is a beautiful place and we were given the most romantic room in the hotel. The hotel also was reasonably priced, but what stood out was the service. the staff were amazing. There was one hiccup but the staff were so nice it didn't matter. It was remedied straight away.

We visited in February and it was incredibly quiet but so relaxing. Everything was spotless and we couldn't fault the service or the staff. Breakfast was lovely too. Didn't try the sauna or on site restaurant but they looked very good.

Nice and central location in old city, 10 minutes with taxi from TLL. Breakfast below average/expectation. Room allocated I suspect to be a standard room (18 sq.m), changed to a superior as reserved (24 sq.m) after «some discussion». All in all have had better stays :)

I booked the hotel just for breakfast, and it was great! However, I found it inconvenient that the hair dryer was fixed in the bathroom. Water in the room was not free and had to be paid for. There was an electric kettle and refrigerator, but no microwave. Overall, the hotel was old but clean. The location was great as there was a supermarket nearby!

The room was neat and clean, with a classic European style. The breakfast was plentiful and exotic. Because I missed my ferry, I arrived at the hotel after noon, and it was already closed. Later, a staff member from a nearby hotel helped me find this hotel's phone number and the password, allowing me to open the safe and get the key. I was truly grateful to this kind person.

There were black hairs in the bathroom, the window could not be opened fully, only tilted. We couldn't ventilate. No air conditioning, just a fan to stir the stale air trapped inside. We propped the door open with a shoe so that we could at least ventilate a little towards the corridor. The location is superb, the breakfast is excellent, the breakfast lady is very nice.

Since the building is old, there is no AC. Might get hot on upper floors during hot days. But the rooms are quite soundproof. Breakfast options are quite limited, but the staff is awesome. All in all great place to stay, especially going for vacations and exploring marvelous Tallinn.

The front staff person was pleasant but not overly talkative; that's fine though. The path to the room wound through cool corridors and beautiful rooms. The room isn't was quaint and the nearest part was that the bathroom floor is heated, so no cold feet after a shower. The beds were comfortable the room clean.

Receptionist is professional. I have booked the room on booking.com but I didn't know that I haven't pay for the room yet. Still they allow me to live in the room and pay later. There is no sandals inside the room. Toilet drainer is smelly. The charge you money to change your bed lining.
