Rocca al Mare Hotel in Tallinn

I disliked almost everything about this hotel. The room was small, very dark, extremely uncomfortable, and not suitable for staying with a child. For the child, they provided a horrible, creaking folding bed on which it was impossible to sleep. The folding bed was pushed right next to our bed, leaving no space to move between the beds. There was a desk lamp on the table, but the light bulb had been removed, which made it impossible to work at the desk. There was no refrigerator in the room; instead, the cabinet where the refrigerator should have been was simply nailed shut, and as a result, our food spoiled. There was also no bedside table next to the bed. Breakfast was served in what could hardly be called a restaurant. Every morning there was no place to sit because there were not enough available tables. The tableware was old and cracked, the food was very limited, tasteless, and the selection was extremely poor. The entire hotel is old and poorly maintained and clearly in need of renovation. The spa area was overcrowded, with no available space either in the pool or in the sauna. In the changing rooms, the showers were broken, and the lockers were in terrible condition. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely Disgusting Avoid This Place!

I paid €154 for 2 nights and it was a total waste of money. The room was filthy. There were stains on the sheets, mold in the toilet and room, and everything looked completely different from the photos online clearly photoshopped!

The place is a health hazard. I started itching all over my body and couldn’t even sleep. I was forced to check out a night early because it was unbearable.

When I asked for a partial refund, they refused no apology, no professionalism, nothing. Extremely rude and careless staff.

Do NOT stay here. This place is dirty and dishonest. You’ve been warned.. I can even attach a screenshot of our email staff were unprofessional

Very disapointed. I had a reservation, but they didn't have our number free and for that they didn't even give us a compensation. Also the staff lady was rude to us. If you go to holidy or other buisnes to Kakumäe I kindly sugest that you chose a different hotel.
