On location, this is a sure win.
Great Location, in the very center of old town. Slow check in and bad breakfast, Charming hotel
Got no sleep at all, if there is 30degrees outside, its at least 60 inside the room. No AC, and small window which didnt help at all. Hotel kinda labyrinth. Breakfast were mid, everything were finished all the time. Location were really good tho, and maybe it would be bearable to stay during winter season.
The St. Olav Hotel offers a charming and historic atmosphere right in the heart of Tallinn. The building is full of character, with its medieval architecture and cozy ambiance. However, be aware that the hotel has many levels and uneven stairs, which might be a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage or difficulty with mobility.
Breakfast is primarily savory, with a limited selection of sweets and fresh fruit. While the options could be more varied, the overall experience is still quite enjoyable.
If you appreciate unique, historical hotels and don’t mind a bit of a climb, this place is a great choice!
Lifts would ruin the historic feel, but it would help if you're on the 3rd floor and have 20kg luggage bags to take up. All part of the funny story we have to tell now - loved the hotel otherwise.
