What a wonderful hotel. Stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing time. The staff are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. They are friendly and professional. We were particularly grateful to Patrick who didn’t laugh too much when we couldn’t open our room door! He was excellent throughout. Location is perfect. 3 minutes from the main square. Beautiful building. Breakfasts were gorgeous. Spent an afternoon in the hot tub outside and was well worth the money. If we ever return to Tallinn we would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Outstanding staff and location. First time to Tallinn from America and were a little apprehensive about the accommodations and location. Both were exceptional. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Location was great. We walked to downtown and the Baltic Sea. Entire stay was 5 stars. Can't recommend strongly enough whether its your first trip to Tallinn or a previous visitor. Thanks for a great experience.

Schlössle Hotel is a true gem in the heart of Tallinn Old Town. Situated in a peaceful side street, offering true old town charm. Overall customer service was magnificent from the minute we walked in. We had a second floor corner room (number 16), that we loved. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and quiet, although the window was facing the street.
Breakfast was perfect, lots of variety and wonderful a la carte dishes. We will return again!

I was supposed to book a room in this place, for it has some pretty good reviews. I am happy I asked further questions about their pet policy (which is not published in their website) for we travel with our two toydogs ( a lot traveled and very well behaving
- naturally we wouldn't travel with them otherwise!).
I have never received such an answer I received from here! You pay (a lot!) extra and all you get is just limitations - I am happy to pay even double the fee they have if it would offer us even some benefits, but here they even tell you make early check-out!
This place is nothing for us and we know where to stay for there are really excellent hotels to do it - even with furry babies!

The staff is young and, while solicitous, could still do a better job of being responsive. The room was small - our king size bed was barely a queen - and the bathroom definitely needed a refresh. The dining room and food were top quality. The ambience was very good.

What a beautiful hotel, we have just returned from a four night stay. The location was perfect for exploring both old and new areas of the city on foot and close enough to the port to make a trip to Helsinki easy and walkable. The breakfast was lovely, the service from everyone we met was helpful and friendly. My only disappointment was that the restaurant was fully booked when we wanted to eat on Thursday evening, my fault for not booking ahead of time. The helpful desk staff offered some tasty alternatives.
I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel, and if I'm ever fortunate enough to return I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel in old town Tallinn. Everything from the flowers outside to the decor and little touches in our room made this stay feel really special. The building itself is really old(13th century) but it has been modernised in the most tasteful way not taking from the medieval charm. The staff were very accommodating and it felt like they couldn’t do enough for you. A real 5 star experience.
